I joined and it seems promising. I can see that your Defi staking is already working.
When will the snapshot be taken? Is it right after 19th Nov or few days/weeks after the deadline?

Re: Am feeling Regret
by

on 24/05/2020, 03:14:35 UTC
Hello,

Guys i have 44 Bitcoins in online wallet blockchain.
am feeling very regret now why i did not cashout funds when it hit to 10k$

now its 8.5k$ , i was expecting it will hit to 13k$ or 15k$ soon and then will cashout..

but now very few hours left for halving, so what do you think? its will again hit the 10k$ or up to 10k$?

my target to make $1M but i`m losing hope as it already very down now to 8.5k$.

sorry for my bad english.

Thanks and happy earning guys Cheesy
What you need now is to exercise patience and wait for the next rise in price. Bitcoin will certainly climb up. Also, bear in mind that keeping such large amount of Bitcoin in an online wallet poses your funds at risk. As suggested to you earlier, it will be best to move them in an hard ware wallet like Nano or Trezor.

Re: Ways in which you can promote bitcoin.

There are many ways to promote bitcoin. You can watch this video (https://youtu.be/qzwf1AQxqM0) of mine to learn more on several ways in which you can contribute to the promotion of bitcoin. I hope the video is helpful because making it was like building Rome (Rome was not built in a day).😁😁
I'll be very grateful if you can list more ways so we all can have something we can do to support the growth of bitcoin. Thanks a lot for promoting bitcoin. Yea, that reminds me; you can make bitcoin arts too and publicise them.
Good one! It's good to promote what you believe in and as Bitcoin believers, I think it should start from members on this platform who believe in Bitcoin. If every member is to embark on such endeavor, Bitcoin will receive a new phase of increased adoption within the couple of weeks and months. We should learn to accept it into the payment systems of our various small scale shops or businesses even before thinking of a larger company.

There are platforms out there promising huge returns on investors' BTC - deposit your BTC with them and over a particular period of time gain a certain percentage as interest. Some of these avenues claim to be trading sites. Not of them can be trusted. The best and sound strategy to grow one's BTC is to hold and patiently wait for a price increase - this works perfectly for me. Others who are good in trading might choose to trade with it to increase it.

Re: Bitcoin is a Store of Value

Bitcoin is versatile in its nature. Based on the holders wants, it performs a function. Bitcoin can function as a currency for payment of services and items in shops when the holder intends to use it that way. It can function as a store of value or investment when the holder intends to HODL for a period of time, wait for the price to shoot and make profit.

Re: Corona has killed economy of many businesses

I don’t see corona leaving any time soon if a vaccine can’t be produced. A vaccine that cures and make you immune to the disease.

Even if vaccines will not be produced we cannot continue to live under lockdown.
It will be a huge economic disaster and many people are going to lose their jobs due to that because businesses are going to be closed.
We are going to see huge decrease in the world's GDP already so we should not continue this bad trend.

I can see only 2 positive aspects of the lockdown. Not all companies need to have an office to work, or as big office as they have at the moment. They can cut down on some expenses with that.

Company management can reorganise work. They can find weak links among workers and substitute them with new or delegate their tasks to others.

Sad but true. It is predicted that about a year or two that the economy will recover. Also, In addition it is said that many businesses will not recover and shutdown. For the leaders, this is a difficult balancing act between the economy and this pandemic.  Hopefully, there are announcements on progress on human testing of the said vaccine.
Definitely, some businesses that have shutdown during the time of COVID-19 may not rise again and this will go along way to affect the individual work. Now after the pandemic, America will have to set target to battle unemployment which resulted for lay offs.

Re: Why Does Bitcoin Have Value?
by
BennyK
on 18/05/2020, 06:56:13 UTC
Bitcoin has value because bitcoin can also do what money can do. It can use as a form of payment where people find it useful in terms of buying or selling. Its value can be determined depends on how many people are willing to accept it as payment, the more people adopt it, the more its value will increase.
Very true. That was the dream of Satoshi. Now, there are Bitcoin ATMs in African countries like Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana. Other ecommerce and shops also accept BTC as form of payment. With all these accomplished, Bitcoin will certainly have value. The adoption rate is organic and that is a good thing for the industry now.

For personal information about Satoshi Nakamoto, then it will be very difficult since the identity of Satoshi still remains anonymous. No one knows if Satoshi is a male or female, a single person or a group of people. We know he is the creator of Bitcoin and the storyline behind the creation of Bitcoin. The video below gives some info about the creation of Bitcoin by Satoshi Nakamoto https://youtu.be/XfcvX0P1b5g .

Can blockchain technology help universities and colleges?
Why not? Blockchain technology is broad and offers solution to many fields. Now health, education, finance etc are utilizing this technology to provide contemporary services to clients. One South African school has inculcated this into their educational curriculum. And this is a good step.

Re: Will You Trust a Project Announce BY A Legendary Member
by
BennyK

Trust come from reputation. There are some legendary members with no reputation within the sphere of project management, bounty management, community management etc. Others may even have negative trust on the forum. I will only trust a legendary member who announces a project if the member meets all of the above.

Re: Crypto Bad Exchanges

I'm just trying to do my part, I know many won't care and some don't even bother to read anymore, they are just here for bounties, here is for those who cares about reading and learning.

Stay away from the following exchanges, I have bad experience with them already and I can still see few people getting caught in same trap

1. Vindax
2. Systemkoin
3. P2PB2B
4. Latoken

Not just for fake volumes and watched trade but scams, lose of funds, swapping of withdrawal addresses, you name it, have a great day
I presume you listed these exchanges from a personal experience with them which has indeed yielded such misgivings about them. Well, LAToken is one exchange which has good reputation and remember all exchanges have issues sometimes and when that happens, it is good to contact the support for rectification. Even the all known Binance has once flawed.

Re: Which one is the best to earn more? airdrop or bounty?
by
BennyK
on 14/05/2020, 08:28:52 UTC
Airdrops and bounty pass through the same checks in order to ascertain their authenticity and even how likely the coin will succeed. However, bounty programs normally have high token allocations than the airdrop hence it will be better to spend the time and efforts on bounty programs than airdrops.

I will not push much blame on adopters of Bitcoin now because mass adoption is yet to be achieved. And once this is achieved, several merchants, businesses, firms, companies etc will accept it as a form of payment where it will have a wide range of usability as it was created to be. For now, most of its investors will continue to see it as a store of value.

Anything with value means it has a level of demand for mankind. Whatever is of demand has an important role to play in the wake of life. Bitcoin is a classical example because it solves a revolutionary payment system. Unlike the old payment method with paper money, Bitcoin offers anonymous transactions which helps users to purchase or send funds across borders without limitation.

Anyone who understand the mechanism and concept of Bitcoin will never regard a 5 cent worth of Bitcoin now as a waste of time because Bitcoin is one rare gem that is capable of spiking in the near future as its adoption increases. Now the world is turning into digital currency and Bitcoin is going to spearhead this movement.

Re: What is your Biggest Crypto Regret?
by

My biggest regret is ever disputing my friend when he first told me about Bitcoin. Initially, I was of the misconception that Bitcoin is one great ponzi scheme intended to lure people to loss due to an article I read. However, it was not too late when I did my own research, got to know the concept and application of this revolution. It was 2017 so I got to enjoy the bull run anyway Smiley.

Re: Extra weeks added to bounty campaign
by
BennyK
on 06/11/2019, 03:20:02 UTC
To all bounty hunters on this wonderful forum i want to know if its advisable to continue with the bounty you have been promoting for 12weeks that got extra 8weeks added more, have you promote projects this long that ends up with good end results? Thank you

Yes, they do it, when they are having a hard time reaching their soft cap, they can do that because when you joined the bounty campaign you are bound by the rules of the campaign if you are going to join a campaign, be sure that you can leave the campaign anytime and you can retain the stakes, so you will not bound by the campaign rules.
Most of the bounty programs have it stated clearly in the general rules that the entire bounty program is subjected to changes by the campaign manager and the project's team. Hence in times when the project faces difficulties reaching their soft cap, the bounty program can be extended to additional weeks. Some projects are too good to increase the bounty allocation in such circumstance whereas others keep the old allocation.

Normally, for a bounty program to be extended for more weeks means the target has not been achieved. It is very rare for a project to extend its bounty program due to overwhelming participation during its token sales because most projects have fixed allocations for their sales and once that is completed, no extra tokens are given out for sales. Most projects that extend their bounty programs do not end well and a classical example is Desico.

Re: Is Bitcoin Over?
by
BennyK
on 05/11/2019, 03:19:54 UTC
Bitcoin is not over. Looking at the recent market trend of Bitcoin, it is clear that Bitcoin has seen a boost in price over the past few days. The market cap and volume of Bitcoin still remains the largest which makes Bitcoin dominance the largest on the market. These alone are clear indications that Bitcoin still has supportive community and large market demand.
