Anyone looking at the ETHBTC ratio on Binanace right now?
I just noticed and it looks like for the last few hours there was a large wall exactly at 0.018848. So far there are 10,000 ETH on the bid which is about 200 BTC worth so about $2,000,000 however this wall has been getting filled for a while so the total order might of been much larger.
I am assuming that the money is coming back into alts and that we hit the low for ETHBTC at least for the ratio. In the near term I don't think we will go much lower. The dominance peaked at 70% and will probably slowly start heading back.
Things should get more interesting when we start September.

I saw that as well. The price in Bitfinex is also about 0.0188 now. It seems that big wall did not enhance the price further.

I think the price will be between $300 to 500.
I never saw before how panic situation is going on in less than a month ETH lost such a huge value even some big players were predicting it won't fall under $100 and now they are showing another bottom line around $60 so where is that full stop?
I think the full stop will be around $50. Then it will start to go up from there.

this is the only way, imagine if they charged $1000 in bitcoin when the price of bitcoin is $10,000 and days later the price of bitcoin drops to $4000, at that time they get high losses. this high volatility of bitcoin do not allow bitcoin to be used as a means of payment. is a good step and I hope that in the future they will accept payment in bitcoin without using third party
I hope my state will do the same. Even if the government has to sell it on the market to get the fiat, it is still good for the demand of bitcoin in the process.
It looks like big waves of volatility will be returning in same period like last year. If you connect the dots of development in December/January is the time when some ground breaking things are set to be happening. Ethereum where it has reached will give good return. It may take time but breakout in prices is inevitable sooner or later , there we go.
it seems that eth price is stable at 197$ and hopefully it will not go down more i am waiting for eth pump and if the pump will happens then eth holder get good profit from it
right now the price is bottomed and very less chances to go more down
Or rather, you can say crypto community are eagerly waiting for the next bull run which anyone can say when it happen, i think market has already done lots of damage and shake many weak hands off the market, it be a reversal period now but who knows what direction market will take.
Maybe the next bull run will come after November 15 when BCH upgrade successfully.

XRP is gonna surpass ETH for good it seems.

That could be right as a vulnability was found in the Bitcoin Core recently.
This is becoming really hard for Ethereum to get stable on $300 I think this psychological barrier to break this and stay above this level to make ensure the healthy growth.
It is better for the ETH to stay around current level to consoidate before it rises a lot again.

eth has to make some serious upgrades soon, or it will be wiped out by the multitude of competitors like EOS, Stellar, Cardano, Tron and Lisk

I think new coins will be ASIC resistant. So it is better for ETC to change algorithm as well.
