I do agree, BTCpop is nice. That said, $1000 is a lot of money.
We have an agreement with Zapple for exclusive trading. If you may remember, we could not raise the funds to pay for listings elsewhere and the the Zapple listing came as a blessing with no fee. Because of low volume and no listing fee, they did request exclusive listing of BERN.
If we can raise the funds for BTCpop, I am sure I can come to an arrangement with the Zapple admin. BTCpop is more about group staking, though I know it has many services. BTC donations accepted at 13DCqcU5iHmGHs29GbkpZVTNVS2qQN1ULh. PM with the TX ID when donating and I can guarantee the donation's return if the goal of $1000 is not reached. I'll even reimburse your sending fees and cover mine to return the donation, in that unfortunate event.
One last thing, it would not hurt to make a support ticket at BTCpop requesting BERN's listing. If they see enough demand, they may list without the fee being imposed. Worth a shot and it costs nothing to do! But please consider donating, if you undoubtedly want to see it happen.

We just finalized a deal to have the CWI coins integrated, so maybe Zapple will look at BERN also.
Steven - please contact me direct via Discord or Skype, so we can discuss. The owner of Zapple is one hell of a bloke and the plans for this Exchange are huge. There are a few prerequisites though, so discussion before approaching him would be beneficial.

EDIT (4 days later, Sunday the 16th night): I have yet to receive a response. We may have caught them just before the weekend. Hopefully a response is received early this week.

I have a suggestion
instead if you asked the community to contribute in BERNcoin that is equivalent to 0.15 BTC and you pay them back with a profit of lets say 10% ( staking margin) i think people would be more interested.
There is no market that is open where the would-be BERN donations could be converted to the needed currency. Cryptopia's markets are closed and YoBit is stuck in one of its many endless "wallet maintenance" black holes.
Thanks for the suggestion, but it is not possible. Hence the request for BTC donations.

Well, the unfortunate news is I myself do not have the money (1 BTC) to pay Nova. This is why I wanted to explore the cheaper option of MoonDEX....

What I do find as great news is MoonDEX, in understanding of my explanation of the unexpected Cryptopia delisting for BERN and the project's past, has agreed to charge us only 0.15 BTC (0.05 discount) for BERN's addition and listing!
Even 0.15 BTC ($570.96 USD at the time of this writing) is a considerable amount of money for myself. Especially to conjure unexpectedly just before the holidays. But certainly is more feasible than 1 BTC for Nova, but I would need the community's patience in either scenario.
Unless someone in the community strongly disagrees, thinks we need the Nova listing, and can offer a considerable amount of the Nova funding to help; I suggest we go for the MoonDEX listing. If the community agrees, I will start raising the needed 0.15 BTC for MoonDEX, but cannot guarantee how fast I can raise it and will be asking for the community to help.
