The INTL Reserve will be used as a backup for any possible loss in a particular investment opportunity on the Intelly Platform. And the Wealth Fund will be replenished by Intelly Airdrop income as 3% of the revenue generated on the platform
Then if the Reserve fund is needed to protect against adverse situations in the market, but what is the purpose of the Wealth fund?

Most of the tokens that I have come across before do not offer real use. But I like the tipping app idea
I would not call tip a big problem in society. If necessary, I can send money to the card directly to the waiter using the qr code. But no one does that, everyone has a cash

Now, not many people are interested in the blockchain topic. Are you sure that you can keep the constant interest of users, so that more and more active people come to the platform. Now there are not many who write or comment.
The topic of cryptocurrency I think this year will receive great attention of users who have not previously engaged in investing. But there are very few platforms like taklimakan where you can get information and learn. I would say that neither know one.
The project has the potential to become one of the key platforms for promoting knowledge of cryptocurrency. Support for multiple languages, the training center, these options seem the most attractive and unique in order to maintain interest and attract new subscribers.
I would also consider investment opportunities. Promoting your knowledge and getting profit from it is also a pleasant thing. Especially if you manage to attract several major experts to join the platform or talk about it.

You can make two materials per day for each type. If you write more in one day, they will still count only two. I also made a mistake once and found myself in that situation.

You can try to delete the content and add again. If you used your copyright materials, then there should be no questions, since you follow the rule.
