Hello, how long need to wait to settle bet? I won a table tennis bet , its been 20 minutes still open.
We have noticed a slight issue with sports settlement since moving into production. We are aware and our dev team is on it. Will communicate on here when fixed. Apologies for the inconvenience, the first week of the project will likely have small teething issues, but we hope to smooth these out over the coming days ready for a smoother experience for next week's competition
So when will bets be settled? Can you give a timeframe? Could have said it earlier then i would just play casino instead sportsbetting. Can you not manually settle when i provide the bet ID?
Ofcourse a no deposit bonus is nice but when bets are not settled its annoying...

Completely understand, I would also be frustrated in your position with a bet not settling in a timely manner as it should.
Our dev is aware of the issue and is working on the fix with highest priority. Once the bet is settled, as mentioned before we will advise on here
Also a token of goodwill, we will credit yourself, and 2 other users that are also affected with an additional $10 worth of BTC each credited to all 3 accounts once the settlement is complete.
Again, apologies for the inconvenience. We will be working to quickly eradicate all of these teething issues before next week's competition.

Ah damn, we weren’t aware of that.
For future competitions on bitcointalktalk forum we will ensure we only credit in BTC, to avoid this issue. Definitely keen to maintain a presence on Bitcointalk forum, so would be a shame to get banned.
