Re: Blockstamp Yay or Nay?

Blockstamp will be remembered as the first pump and dump token of the 2020. Obviously this was manipulated by huge group and that same group is keeping the BST price as of now stable but once the new buyers will enter to invest we should not be surprised to see the price going down or dumping.

Out of OPs list MESG project looks quite undervalued because the opening price on the exchange was 0.4$ and the present value is 0.007$. MESG team did not carried out ICO instead they funded their project internally. MESG team is super active on their social community and GitHub, as per their roadmap they will be launching their mainnet in Q1 of 2020. If they work side by side on building partnership and marketing they can give good competition to projects like chainlink and polkadot.

Crypto market is very volatile, crypto market runs on news such as government announcement, project developments, partnership etc & trends such as upcoming project news such as testnet, mainnet, fork etc. Due this trends or news prices of coins can go up or down any time depends on whether it was positive or negative, that is why research is important but first you need to set your stand are you planning to invest long term or short-term.
Read one of my post hope this will help you.

It's not good to beg for merit and looking your post history you are giving names of coins and claiming will give 3x or 5x returns that to without time limit and without stop loss. What if people's who follow you will end up stucking their money for long term.  Grin Grin Grin.
Cryptocurrency market is very volatile anything can happen any time with any coin or token. Cryptocurrency market runs on the trends and news if you are suggesting any coins or token which can give good returns add reason too like partnership announcement, big exchange listing, network upgradation, testnet, mainnet etc.

Re: Banks are bullish on crypto
by

Banks are not bullish on crypto, Banks are regulated by the governments & non-government currencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP etc are threat to their power. Since crypotocurrency market is showing huge growths despite some ups & down, seeing this tremendous growths banks are changing their stance because they came to understand they can not stop or control digital currencies. That is why they are coming up with the centralized stable coin which can be easily regulated, monitored & pegged to fiat currency. That is why governments stopped further development of Facebooks Libra project & due to increased scrutiny from government regulators some of Libras partners such as Visa, eBay, MasterCard and PayPal abandoned the project.

Both Olymp Trade & IQ Option provide binary option trading in which you can open position of currency pairs, commodities, stocks & cryptocurrencies predicting the price will go up or down.  Olymp Trade is registered member of international financial commission & IQ option is registered with Cyprus Securities Exchange Commission which makes both safe & legit. But trading with money always involves risk & if you trade without knowledge then losses are inevitable.

Re: ICO is dead these days, what next in the market? STO? IEO?
by

on 03/01/2020, 04:48:52 UTC
ICOs & IEOs are same in my opinion so we can say ICO are not dead but it got upgraded to IEO with only difference is IEO offers confirmed listing on the exchange on which project held fundraising. Check this report https://cointelegraph.com/news/bitmex-crypto-ieo-poor-performance-sees-investors-lose-up-to-98. If you want to invest in IEOs still you have to do research like we used to do for ICOs like team background, Concept of the project, revenue generation, token matrix, advisers, partnership, working product, user base etc.

Re: Altcoin Bleeding

Crypto market always runs on trends and news if the trends/news are positive market will show uptrend movement and when the trends/news are negative than market will show downtrend movement. If you check 3months data of total market capitalization on coinmarketcap, you can easily observe market cap raised from $210 to $250B with few days with positive Chinese news https://en.cryptonomist.ch/2019/10/25/china-blockchain-development/.
So it's always better to look for opportunities like positive news such big announcement from government, testnet, mainnet, block chain upgradation, partnership announcement etc and take advantage accordingly. Its better to look after top 200 coins listed on CMC which will give more options to research and act accordingly.

I have a habit of checking trends section in which we can see biggest gainers and lossers on coinmarketcap. From that section of coinmarketcap I observed foin price was pumping gradually and I did some Google search about foin and found so many article warning about scam and their involvement with finacial.org 3.5 months ago, You can check this article https://www.google.com/amp/s/coingape.com/an-ico-scam-conducted-by-formula-one-sponsorer/
Foin have ANN on bitcointalk forum which have very very less information about the project which you can check here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4414872.0.

Re: Bitmex Research Reveals That investors have lost about 98% Investment in IEOs.
by

on 30/12/2019, 18:08:05 UTC
From this report we can conclude IEOs just offer confirmed listing on exchange and we still have to do proper research before investing in IEOs if we are investing with long term goal. Looking at the performance of IEOs when listing on exchange almost every IEOs are launching with higher price as compared to its offered price. In this situation it's better to sell tokens initially to take out gains and later buyback again if you believe in the project at lower price.

Re: Central bank coins vs crypto space coins
by
Bharathi13
on 30/12/2019, 17:18:58 UTC
I've been following the trend news of central banks creating their own digital currencies but a question have since then troubling my mind.

1. These new Central Bank coins are they going to be stable coins or not?
>Yes they will be stable coins based
2. What will happen if they are not stable coins? If holding them will be profitable many will leave crypto space and focus on these new coins?
~They will be stable coins because it will help go government to do audit easily.
3. Maybe people will just use them as a plus since it's from the government?
~ Yes people's will use them as plus since it's from government means it will be more secure. Also it will open window of opportunity for developers around world building wallets and other products for such central coins.
4. Will regulations still come after this? I think other coins will be neglected and regulations will only be for coins from government?
~ In so many contries still there are unclear regulation about cryptocurrencies and the government are still working on clear set of regulation.

Re: Purpose of Binance when list fetch&celer is to kill all of their low-capial user

Im lost 0.9BTC by Fetch and Celer.

What do you think about it?

It will be better if you elaborate how you encured loss in brief. May be you have jumped to invest in FETCH and CELER when the token price were higher. Blaming Binance for your loss will not going to get you back your 0.9BTC just think from inside what mistakes you did and learn something from that.

Re: Will Justin Sun dump 33 billion TRX on New Year's Day?
by
Bharathi13
on 30/12/2019, 10:42:11 UTC
I don't think that he would really dump it because many investor could lose interest and leave the project.
If that massive amount would be dump the price would crash down big time it is already low so it could destroy it.
Obviously he wont be doing that, Justin sun have good hand in marketing & may be he will use & allocate maximum amount out of this unlocked 33B token for TRON Platform development & there will be some token burn as well out of 33B TRX Token.

Re: IEO's popularity is starting to slump
by
Bharathi13
on 27/12/2019, 11:51:44 UTC
Just as the popularity of IEOs is soaring many small exchanges are also launching IEOs services to new project so that they can also mint money easily. The graph which you have shown is for the big & top 20 exchanges & frequency of IEOs conducted in particular months also varies. The investors who are investing with long term goal are only making losses and short term investors are dumping tokens taking profit when they launch on exchange for trading. IEOs are still popular method to raise funds & a lot of new projects are adopting this method.

Matic Network looks very promising for staking out of this list & also available in huge discounts due to its recent 70% dump in price. Matic Network is a Layer 2 scaling solution that achieves scale by utilizing sidechains for off-chain computation while ensuring asset security using the Plasma framework & a decentralized network of Proof-of-Stake (PoS) validators. The team behind matic network have very succesful track records in blockchain industry & fintech apps.

Re: Coins or Utility Tokens?
by
Bharathi13
on 26/12/2019, 07:42:48 UTC
At present time in the crypto space. Yes there are more and more projects coming up every day. New coins and tokens. What would you rather see more of this time that be more useful to you?

Coin or a Utility token that can be earned by doing something else?

Why do you think a Coin is what you want to see?

Or Why would you want to see more Token projects?

or why you would not want to see either of both

Tell us your reasons why. this be neat
Blockchain technology adoption is increasing in all existence industries such as data storage, banking, FMGC, transportation, gambling, medical, engineering, hospitality, real estate, asset based business etc & will going to create a lot of new business models. We can see lot of new projects are being launch everyday with new concept trying to disrupt existing business model with help of blockchain technology some are genuine but some turned out to be scam after some time mostly utility tokens because they fail to create huge userbase. I would like to see coins or tokens (Utility or security)  which can help to boost cryptocurrency adoption faster.
