This has to be the coin flying under the radar the most. Since their re-launch they have taken on a new team of skilled developers and released a new website and road map.

Masternodes are being implemented and there is a coinswap on the horizon with a major exchange, although the exchange is yet to be confirmed. The coin has awesome features such as Trustless Proof of Stake as well as privacy, not to mention the 41 million supply (which is low and attractive). If PivX can get to $3 levels then POSW will undoubtedly, $1 is imminent in my opinion.

I've been monitoring this coin for a while and I joined the Slack too.

They are soon releasing the redesigned site and I'm hearing rumours of masternodes and Bittrex listing (application filed). The ledger just partnered with POSW too and have began supporting POSW on the hardware. No idea why this coin hasn't mooned yet but it could be price suppression i.e. clever people accumulating while it is DIRT CHEAP. With 40 million coins in circulation $1 - $3 can happen so fast and easy it's gonna cause a lot of FOMO.

I've got a strange feeling that Red Pulse postponed the ICO because of the NEO price tanking. They know they need the NEO price to be as high as possible and the recent China news has thrown a spanner in their works.

I think Red Pulse is Honk Kong anyway, plus they never allowed Chinese citizens to register in the first place.

It could just be a case of China wanting to hit Ethereum and the scam ICOs hard, allowing NEO to monopolise and pick up the pieces.
