I don't know why you always care about this, and I don't think it's a big sin. Redesigning the site is easy, but I don't want to change it.
We're working on a redesign for stake, the team just spent an hours talking about where the Hit/stand buttons should be for blackjack. Designers obsess over the details you mindlessly ripoff, the fact that you didn't even want to differentiate your brand at all creates confusion for users and might even make them think you are the service you are ripping off.
This is your product, you should try and be unique and take pride in that. If you honestly don't care to build your own brand, then why even bother with this. You say you spent a year on this and couldn't even change some basic styling?
I would be very grateful if you could provide functional advice.
here is a functional advice from me:
close the site, redesign the page and remove any code that is not your intellectual property
and especially ripping off a site that had some shady past is not something a new business would wanna do
until then you will carry this plagiarist stigma forever and I don't think anyone will or should trust a bookmaker who cannot spend $ on a unique design
