Try to look or search in digital goods because all of the selling account are posted there. There are many scammers there so you need to be wise just use always escrow and send your bitcoin to escrow and you need only to check the account that you want to buy and then if you checked completely the escrow will send the payment.

You arrange the exchange here via PM's and some are free, some charge litte fee. Bitcointalk Escrows or look into services section.
Not all provide escrow services for accounts tho so confirm first.
