As Burt said, between 10 minutes and an hour is most likely. You can pay a small miners fee to speed the process up. You can see a graph of the average times here: https://blockchain.info/charts/avg-confirmation-time
Just a little side note. Even with no confirmation, if (a) all inputs are confirmed, (b) the tx has reasonable fee, and (c) there is no double spend detected in 10 seconds or so, the tx will very likely be included later. Of course, if you are transfering or receiving a rather large amount, you should get at least 6 confirmations before proceeding the next step.
