Rewards are spilt 70% for MN and 30% for PoS. For staking it is best you download the wallet and transfer your coins to your wallet, unlock it for staking and you are all set.

circuithead, If you would have done the math, you would have instantly realized that it was a typo by the developer/admin of this thread.
1000 blocks = 2000 min = 33.33 hours = 1.389 days
he made a typo and wrote 1,389 days instead of 1.389 days. You can excuse him for that and let him focus on more important things.
