According to the scam accusation, they forfeited the winnings and let him withdraw only his initial deposit. This similar thing happened in the other scam accusation they had a few months back in this forum.

According to the screenshots, he shared. It appears he tried to contact them though I am not sure if it was a bot responding or a real live customer support

I support xLays’s suggestion that you should open a proper scam accusation on the appropriate board against them so your case gets more attention and provide all the evidence you can gather so it has a better chance of being taken seriously.

But just to be clear, did they allow you to withdraw a total of $2,500, which was your initial deposit, and forfeit all your winnings?
Did you contact their customer support to find out why they did this?

They have belief that you were involved in some sort of fraud and even let you withdraw your deposit. How do you contest such a claim, then?
Maybe they probably have something solid against you or not.

My suggestion is you try to prove your innocence with the likes of Askgamblers and keep posting updates here.
