I like the sound of this pick but what is -0.50? Is it the amount of goals scored against them that is not too count? It is the handicap and the bet result is determined by the final score after handicap applied to it. In short, that bet on France -0.5 will win only if France wins by 1 goal or more. Similarly, a bet on France -1.5 will win only if France wins by 2 goals or more. On the other hand, a bet on France +0.5 will win if France wins or gets a draw.
