such a small starting marketcap this is going to be another gold mine like its little bro.
is 30x possible on this project that is miles ahead of competition.
i think so and if only i had more spare to throw at it.
15btc gives potential to earn over a years wage for an investment.
lets do this.

You're a whale investing 15BTC. Congratulations on being a Novus whale. I am just little fishy compared to you lol

is that a whale do you think?
i think its an ok size but nothing major.
are you investing more?

I think you need to ask mommy for more pocket money to invest.

It is nothing major, in the last minutes of the sale there will be 50btc investors showing up and I will hear you all cry nooooooooooo.

I can't wait until I hear the crys later Cheesy

We know what the exchange will trade this coin? And when will begin trading?

Think i see there will be a name behind it after lawyers have advised them so bittrex possible? but for sure yobit will be coming for us. long term progress and development, who knows? Trading cant start till the conclusion of the sale and i cant find a date for that.

If you read the thread it says coins will be distributed within 7 days of the completion of the ICO.

If on course then we will be able to trade early to mid April latest.

I need to see development before investing so even if I pay more because of it I will feel safer.

That is the beauty of crypto. Risk vs Reward.. Big potential project but waiting is a smart move also..

Thats not just crypto that is any investment isn't it.

This can be an excellent investment like Vidz was but with Vidz I had something I could see and use.

Until I get that here then I am staying reserved and watching.

Those who risk of course will get better profit.

If the price of waves is falling, it is due to excess supply. When paying rewards users switched their waves by BTC, therefore the market is flooded with sales offers and its price drops.

Waves is a good project but a very long term. The BTC did not grow overnight.

It was a stupidly over sold ICO.

Re: I'd like to get some bitcoins. Is now a good time to do so?
by
Bigbrowndingleberry
on 23/02/2017, 18:41:56 UTC
Even though the price is quite high right now but I think its still good idea to invest in bitcoins because the price is getting higher and higher with time and is expected to reach enormous values like 2000 USD and even more. So buying right now 1 bitcoin mean we can make 800$ profit approx within 8 months which is quite awesome, though the price might not increase so much.

Re: How do you estimate the value increase of bitcoin?
by
Bigbrowndingleberry
on 23/02/2017, 18:40:05 UTC
Bitcoin price is not fixed. The price of bitcoin has a high fluctuating structure.
Can you predict the increase or decrease in bitcoin price?

The simple answer has to be patience because even if the price is not as per your need then you can wait. I had some bitcoins last year and I thought I will have to sell them at a little loss but I shown a little patience and now I sold them making good profits.

It is not my site, I just thought people might be interested.
They have been running for 3 years and are reliable I have used them about 8 times without any issues

The problem with buying bitcoins using your service is that we have to give our debit card details and though I am not much into ethical hacking but I have seen people easily hacking those card details once they get little idea about it, which once we enter you can get.

Re: Play with your profit or not?
by
Bigbrowndingleberry
on 23/02/2017, 18:35:28 UTC
Yes playing with profit is a nice strategy like if we deposit 1 bitcoins and we win 0.1 then we can withdraw the 1 bitcoins back and just try our luck with the 0.1 which we have now. But this needs some will power as sometimes after loosing that 0.1 we move on to deposit the 1 bitcoin also.
Withdrawing your initial bankroll is not coming under "playing with profits".
Actually your way of gambling must be a secured one as you are talking about continuing gambling ONLY WITH PROFITS. But, here we need to consider, risking 1 bitcoins at first place and it is not that easy to gain 10% profits so hat we can withdraw our original capital. If it works then it must be a good idea, indeed.

You are right I was about to say that before you posted Smiley
Getting some profit with our initial investment and busting it, is actually very pity sort of gambling. And you are right gambling with profits does not mean that we gamble with what we have won with our initial deposit.

I think in coming month March we will see the price surely reaching the 1300$ mark and by the end of this year 2017 we will see that the price has already crossed $1500 and maybe even $2000 as most people believe that.

The way I'm looking at this project, won't it be illegal in some countries to visit the site, I just want to know if I need to use VPN just to protect myself from any possible legal issue

You should use a VPN everytime you log your computer on. Why would anyone want to be tracked online and kill the little privacy we have left. I don't do nothing illegal but always use VP because I don't like the fact ISP's know everything I may or may not do online.

The way I'm looking at this project, won't it be illegal in some countries to visit the site, I just want to know if I need to use VPN just to protect myself from any possible legal issue

ALWAYS use a vpn for everything you do on the internet!

What kind of VPN are you guys talking about? How you can use VPN to connect to anything? VPN (be it ipsec, pptp, openvpn or any other kind of it) is a peer to peer protocol, where both sides have to know the keys, so you can VPN to your workplace network, or some other private network, but as far as I understand you cannot use VPN to connect to random sites? So I wonder what I miss here?

Personally I use cyberghost for my vpn.

Frank Lefty Rosenthal Signing Out

Thanks for info! I has never used such service. If I understand correctly, you are establishing VPN connection to one of their servers, then go to open public internet through that connection.

Well, that way you hide your data traffic from your local ISP, but the Cyberhost itself (and their ISP too!) can still spy on you easily.

Find a vpn provider that has privacy in mind and they store no data, ie (log on ip address mainly) on their servers. Also, anyone of hundreds of people could be using the IP address they provide so even if you don't want to go with a good vpn provider who doesn't store data, it will be very very hard to pin point who is who.

It seems someone recently plopped 53BTC  down at 21k, doubling buy orders on Bittrex. Anyone care to guess if that order gets filled?

If we have a mad btc rush and the order is still there. Yes it will it probably will anyway lol

Re: What's the Point of ICO Escrow?
by
Bigbrowndingleberry
on 10/01/2017, 09:38:58 UTC
So, lets say you've developed a new altcoin and you're going to do an ICO. How does escrow protect coin purchasers? I mean, the dev team is eventually going to get access to the BTC at the end of the crowdsale, at which point they could just steal it all.
You call it "steal", but it's just what an ICO (or IPO in general) is meant to do: raise money for the old owners/creators. Don't make the mistake thinking they do it for you.

What if the owners/creators/developers take none of the proceeds and its all used to further the altcoin in ways that don't involve paying salaries, etc?

So they would work for free and out of the warmness of their heart? OK. How are you going to live without being paid? You work full time for free haha

Not everybody has a lot of money or bitcoin you know. Some of us are new and can only afford to invest between 5-50$

I can let you stroke my dingleberrys for a 50 if you like?

I will be back later, its early AM and I am fucked up.
