Is your smart contract audited by independent company,to be sure that smart contract is completely secure?
Our smart contract was audited by an independent company to avoid the same issue from happening.
That is the right approach, as having smart cotract with bugs could endanger the whole proejct,those thing can be exploited.

Is there any reward if we suggest a company to Faba to put up for vote or invest into?
Main problem i see ,if there is a reward for something like that is that FABA team would be swarmed with suggestions,making their work much harder trying to deal with all those companies.Thats what usually happens when you offer reward for something,people would try to abuse it,even though your idea aint bad.
I tend to agree with you on this, if there is a reward people would send tons of suggestions and make things harder.This way only those who have a really good idea will send a suggestion to the team.

Did the second part of sale start already? How long does it take to go through KYC proces?
The second part of the sale will take effect from 1st of March 2019. KYC takes less than a week to process and verify.

We are currently networking with different firms for partnerships, and also accessing startups that meet our investment criteria.

So far we know that funds will be invested in the interesting segments as IT, technology, medicine, education, travel and similar. Team promised that they will soon show us examples of the companies that will be looked at as a potential investment opportunities.

Thing is, to get listed on big exchange like Biinance it bittrex you need working product. Will Faba have that by Q3?
Well they don't have to get listed on one of those and that does not have to happen in Q3, Q4 is also very good time to be listed, like end of November is a good timing.
Everyone wants to be listed in the big exchanges. With the market the way it is, I believe that it doesn't have the right month to be listed, for example, the end of last November wasn't very good for many projects, it is impossible to predict. It is clear that with a product in operation, the conditions are more favorable but don't guarantee anything.
I hope that FABA will get some decent exchange.I dont think need top exchange right from the beginning as those can cost few million dollar.Its better to get some medium volume one and then work from that.
Let the ICO ends first. The ICO will be live until June. As long as the ICO has not ended, cannot find any information about listing on exchanges. What is now important is the money raise and also developments of the project.
The ICO is quite long, but I hope to reach the target to raise funds as targeted, because FABA has a good development team.
Most of the ICOs in 2018 and now in 2019 have longer last loner because market situation is not good,so it takes some time to reach soft cap,let alone hard cap.
That is true, simply the market dictates the tempo and that is the reason why it has to last longer, people lost trust and they are not so willing to invest their funds as they were before.

There is no rush since agate already reached soft cap during presale. Let the team do the work, I'm sure that they are waiting for the best time to start public sale.
That might be true,but since sale is supposed to happen soon,it would be nice to know exact dates so all interested can prepare on time.
I agree with all of you in the end, although it would be beneficial for Agate if team shows a bit more presence in the media and on social networks, here on forum would be good too.

faba token is very the best project. the whitepapper from this project is very consitent. the price per token is very high . think this project will success good luck sir 
That might be true,as the price is $1 per token,but then again total supply is not huge either and all unsold tokens will be burnt.So no worries that will affect value after the end of ICO.
The team seems to be very good and they have very good experience in this sector but one thing we have to consider is what are the different market are they going to invest the amount what they raised through the crowd sales.
Based on the whitepaper,they will focus on India,Czech Republic and United States,atleast at the beginning.It will be up to the token holders in which companies FABA will invest.
All token holders will have the right to vote for this decision or some specific amnunt of tokens will be needed to have those rights?
It was confirmed earlier that certain amout fo tokens will be needed in order to have voting rights.I think that is good decision,otherwrise it would be too chatoci if anyone would be able to vote,no matter how many FABA tokens they own.
There will still be a lot of voters anyway, because 2k USD is not a big amount of money to have.

Can you please elaborate how to buy crypto currencies with PayPal from your platform? You deal with Peer-to-Peer exchange or we have to buy any intermediate currency first, and then sell that currency for Bitcoin? Please clear my doubts. Thank you!
I don't think that they accept PayPal for buying Agate tokens, they accept only cryptocurrencies.
So far Agate accepts ETH,BTC,EOS,LTC and DASH ,and i think many more will come in the future.
That is perfectly enough for everyone to be able to invest.No need to bring fiat into it.
Yes,i think so too.Basically all major cryptocurencies are covered,and everyone that is in crypto for some time has some of those,and if you are new,its easy to buy them for fiat on exchanges.
If you want faster adoption, having fiat currencies too and ability to change fiat to crypto and vice versa is better way to go.

Was the soft cap reached in private sale? And yeah, congrats to the team on reaching the first milestone, in this market a proper good job indeed.
Over 2.6m USD (in fiat) was raised in the private sales. While all other funds are being raised through our STO offering.
How much you raised so far overall?If you can disclose that information of course.
If I'm not mistaken, I believe it is a bit more then 4 mllions USD so far.

It was said multiple times Q1 2019., but I agree with you that team should really start updating us about the current state of things happening with Agate.Marketing department is slacking big time.
They are simply waiting for better market and in the meantime they are developing the product.
Seems that quite a lot of project are doing this tactic of waiting for better market... to be honest I don't see that as a good tactic.If you believe in your product and vision market should not have that important role.

Of course there were, Pecunio was just the biggest investor-partnership, but there were other that will have bigger impact on the platform then Pecunio.

Why would masternode be cheap?And i dont think that $3800 is a lot of money for that.

Well I guess the returns are much better then ones in public pool.
That is debatable, risk is higher for sure as you need much more funds to invest in masternode and ROI is still unknown so it is not that simple.
Most important thing is that everyone will be able to join Pos and earn tokens, no matte how many AGT you have.
That is important I agree, allows everyone to have equal opportunity.

Can you tell the incentives that you plan to offer to merchants and regular users to use Agate? How many users do you expect to have using the platform in first 6 months after the launch?
This will be the key problem, to get all those retailers on board, and so far we see that they are doing good job regarding that.
It is a good thing that Agate is getting those big retailer chains with them,it will be much easier to attract smaller ones later on,when they see that big chains are using Agate solutions.
The most important question is what is the point for networks to switch to this method of payment? I do not see any normal business owner and who knows how to count the numbers who would agree to work under such conditions.
Lower fees i think, as usually card companies take 2-3% from every transaction,an with agate having much lower fees,it should pay off easily.

Transaction fee will be 0.1 AGT. Thats considerably less than standards fees.

I think there will be no mining when it comes to Agate. Agate will be POS.

Since it will be proof of stake system,it will be abit more complicated than that.
It is not more complicated than that. In a standard proof of stake system you will get rewarded according to the overall stake you hold in the network if the tokens are in your wallet.
But i dont think that you can stake tokens in your own wallet in POS.
You will have to stake through pools, staking with wallet is not possible with Agate.

I certainly hope so, I think it would be unfair to change the price for the public sale.

We are still waiting for public sale so i doubt that tokens ill be distributed before that happens.My guess is few more months till bounty tokens distribution.
