Your wallet is not fully synced, there're no node. Please add nodes and restart wallet, when it done, coin will be sent out.

If you can't sync, please follow this instruction

1. Copy billioncoin.conf (included in billioncoin-qt.zip) to folder '%appdata%/billioncoin'

add these node to billioncoin.conf


2. Restart wallet, wait 5 to 30 mins.

Please report scam pool, i will remove them from pool list. Ty.
