Hi, I am new here. I have been in crypto world for a month, but only trading on exchange sites. Now I want to go more technical and I have a lot of questions. Hope there are technical people here who have understanding of how crypto works under the hood.
My first question is: How create a paper wallet manually (not using any website or programs), using a paper and pencil. If during this process I need to use sha256 () function to calculate hash of something I can do that using a program or advanced calculator that has such function, that is not problem.

I have 50 Sapphire RX 570 4gb Elpida memory cards, they are all exact the same and the results I have from them:
some GPU can handle only 1950 mhz on memory
some GPU can handle 2125 mhz on memory
some GPU can run at 800mV on memory voltage
some GPU can run at 875mV on memory voltage
I prefer to work with this version of Polaris Bios Editor

The reason it works in windowed and the darkness are related. Any windowed mode has to use Windows desktop settings for res, refresh and gamma.
One solution might be Custom Resolution Utility
This program causes an EDID override in Windows registry. EDID is data your monitor tells your computer about its capabilities. Some people have be able to use it to fix the blackscreen issue. If you can't figure out how to set it up, give me a shout.

every time i attempt to put the game on fullscreen mode, i get a black screen that flickers about every 3 seconds.
i go to my UserOptions file to change it to fullscreen windowed and it works just fine, however the whole game is a bit darker and it really ruins my experience especially when the maps are set in night time.
i dont know why fullscreen doesnt want to work, i even tried to up the refresh rate to 60 and it wouldnt work and revert back to 0. i really want to solve this issue because i hate fullscreen windowed mode. is there a solution to this problem of mine?
