hey guys it seems like i cant accelerate transaction on viabtc idk why everytime i press on full clock to accelearte it says submisions are beyond limit please help me out..

Hello Guys <3 I'm facing this problem with my transaction its been stuck for a while now. I know that i should use greater amounth of fee to get confirms faster but currently i had this bitcoins in the wallet from where you send bitcoins with unchangable amounth of fee. so at this point i have accelerated with ViaBTC but still no luck.. confirmtx is stuck also showing that last block was found 4m ago for already 4-5 days.. i don't know where to accelerate my transaction please help me out guys. if any of you know how to..
