The following users still haven't provided any refund address to me or redphlegm. As always, if you've already contacted John K. then you should be ok, but you won't show up on my refund list. To show up on my refund list, please PM me with your preferred refund address.
The following users have provided addresses, but have not confirmed with me via PM. We've already discovered one fraudulent entry in redphlegm's form (since anyone can fill it out), so please verify that your address is indeed correct on my spreadsheet as an extra security measure.
Also, anyone whose refund address I found on this thread in the last week were marked as "Posted" under the Confirm column. If you'd prefer to just post here, I'll pick that up too.

Yeah it is available. But if not, why going with a different board and writing your code? If I have to write the code, I would use a proven hardware....

PCB is a possibility. Nothing concrete right now.
To put it in words. Burnin's project is much ahead of us right now
Avalon will release their sources though.

Let's clarify the fees for individual shipping and what you guys will be responsible for:
Everyone is responsible for the following:
- Import Customs Fees (divided among all 79 investors)
- Shipping will be via UPS (closest to me - not sure if cheapest, can be changed based on interest of the group)
- Shipping Costs to your location. For this I can do COD (Cash On Delivery - you pay the shipping price when the item gets to you)
- Shipping Supplies (I will buy in bulk divided among all 79 investors) - We are not sure how big the chips are, how will Avalon ship 10,000 chips?
- I will declare the customs fees when we ship next to nothing so you don't have to pay high import fees for your country.
- Your shipment will be weighted on how much BTC you have contributed and when you sent the BTC.
Just to clarify, we're dividing customs fees by INVESTORS and not by chips? So a guy who ordered 20 chips is going to pay 1/79th of the customs, while a guy who ordered 1000 chips also pays 1/79th?
Shouldn't it be that you pay a percentage of the customs fees, based on what percentage of the order belongs to you? Customs on $100,000+ worth of chips is gonna be steep. For somebody who ordered maybe 10 chips, their customs bill could end up being more than their chips cost!
I agree, the portion of fees to be paid by each one shall be proportional to the number of chips ordered.
The formula to calculate it is easy: (Total Fees)*(chips ordered)/10,000
Otherwise it would be unfair.

I'm fairly sure that if he does not reopen this thread and stay true to his word, this whole thing is going to fall to pieces.
I will step in if that happens and handle distribution. Messaging JohnK right now to see about verifying my identity with him. If raginazn pulls through, great. But I'm not about to let this all fall apart.

I am interested in buying more chips. Can't put the BTCs together on time, only was able to deposit partially. If anybody is interested in selling their chips, please let me know.
I am planning to order PCBs for assembly as soon as Avalon deliver the promised Reference Design and I be able to check and test everything and only after building a working prototype. I can help anybody with the assembly and testing of their boards if requested.
Not to discourage anybody, keep in mind that going with the Avalon design, requires more than the main board (80 chips Module) to make it work i.e. it requires the power distribution module, CPLD control unit, back plane, USB interface, etc.
There are other DIY projects going on, but I understand that they are only for a single or a few ASIC chips in a standalone board.
