BITIMPACT

Going Beyond Communication

BitImpact is a community management and engagement firm that provides high-quality content creation services, community moderation services, whitepaper/website translation and quality check and bounty management.

BitImpact was founded upon the ideology that community management is not just about replying any questions potential investors may have, but also to engage the community to participate in meaningful conversations. Research has shown that engaging the audience brings about more investors into investing in an ICO.

We have a qualified team that is one of the first to step foot into this brand new and unchartered territory. We are adding a human touch to every part of our work to ensure that we bring out most ROI for all our clients and maximize their funding potential.

Our core services:

1.    Content Creation and Outreach
2.    Community Management and Engagement
3.    Bounty Management
4.    Whitepaper / Website Translation

Content Creation and Outreach

With a team of qualified writers, our team will work with your ICO and produce community driven content. Simply give us the narrative of the article, and our team will be there to create engaging, creative and impactful content to the right audience.

Given our links with some of the top crypto PR sites, our team will ensure that the content we wrote (after your team’s approval) gets onto the top PR sites in the crypto space. This will give your ICO the maximum exposure it deserves.

Community Management and Engagement

To launch a successful ICO, there need to be supporters supporting the project. Our crew of friendly and highly experienced community managers will help you engage the audience and manage your community across different platforms.

We will provide 24/7/365 community support, to ensure that all concerns are addressed in a professional approach. In the meantime, we will ward off trolls, FUDsters and spammers that may get in the way. Let us manage the community whilst you focus on the work.

Whitepaper/Website translation and Quality Check (QC)

With a global team, we can translate your whitepaper or articles to any of the major languages. (E.g. Chinese). All our translations are done by professionals who have been in the crypto space for a period of time and understand all crypto lingos perfectly.

Bounty Management

Bounty Management can be a tedious and time-consuming task. We have automated and manual checking systems for bounty management. Instead of wasting precious time, let us manage the stakes while you focus on the project.

Our Team

Founded in 2018, BitImpact's founders have a total of 5 years experience in the crypto field. Prior to founding BitImpact, our founders were also investors in the space, and have accumulated a wealth of experience. We have a team of 12 (and counting) community managers, ready to cover your social media channels 24/7

No one knows for sure. For me, I think he is still well and alive. However, he probably will never come into the public eye, as it would break its purpose of decentralization. Who knows, he may be watching this forum and think what a creative invention he made.

Re: Will Ethereum fail if Vitalik dies?
by
BitImpact
on 29/09/2018, 06:55:27 UTC
Vitalik is the face of Ethereum. When the name Ethereum is said, many people think of Vitalik as the main guy. It's like Facebook, we all think of Mark Zuckerburg as the face of facebook. Thus, if something happens to him, the price of Ethereum would definitely tank.

However, Ethereum would not totally die. There is a team behind Ethereum, and the team would probably work harder. There would also be a new "Vitalik", someone who would be representing Ethereum, and people would then treat him as the face of Ethereum.

Re: Does a Successful ICO Really Require $$$$
by
BitImpact
on 25/09/2018, 13:47:24 UTC
In order to start an ICO, many things have to be done, and these usually costs $

- Firstly, you would need to list on ICO websites to make your ICO known to the public

- Next, you need a telegram group for your supporters to gather and ask questions about the project. This is the time you'll need community managers to manage the community, and answer any queries investors may have. If you are planning to do a bounty program (to attract more investors), that would mean more funds have to be spent on marketing.

Not forgetting marketing expenses, talent acquisition expenses, and renting of physical office for the project.

Pre-launch costs on an ICO can be quite high, roughly 150k-200k on the conservative side.
I disagree a little. You don't have to necessarily have to pay to be listed on sites. There are several sites in which you can list for free. In addition, marketing using bounty programs is free of charge as you can pay tokens for individuals to spread the word. In addition, you can offer payment for direct referrals in BTC and ETH; these alone will get a lot of promotion. You can go with a Junior team to get you to the ICO; you only need a landing page, back-end, and smart contract. You can purchase a VPS, and users can work remotely. Hence, I feel like an ICO can be launched for under 10K

Absolutely. You could launch an ICO for less than 10k. However, you also have to take into consideration many things. For example, the current market situation, perspective of investors and how will you stand out amid the sea of ICOs. With less than 10k, you could get things done, however, you wouldn't be able to raise much.

Currently, the market isn't doing all that well, I'm sure everyone knows that. With that being said, investors are being VERY cautious on ICOs, and we've seen how ICOs haven't been doing well lately. I forgot to mention about influencers in the earlier post. With many ICOs coming out, you would need paid release and influencers to help bring your project to the public. All these would cost a lot of money, and would help your ICO get a wider reach.

Marketing in crypto VS traditional is very different.

Re: Trying to survive

Ever heard of this saying "Fortune favors the bold?" The crypto market is still very young if you were to compare it to other markets. Most of us are considered early investors.

You have to decide whether or not you have faith in blockchain technology. Is it something you foresee will be the next big thing? There will be people who lose faith due to the depreciating price, but to me, a red market screams BUY. I've personally cashed in twice, one in 2016, and the other a few days back.

The most important thing would be to put in money you can afford to lose. Who knows how long this bear market will stay on for? There's no guarantee in ROI, especially in a young and volatile market like crypto.

Re: Jobs that must be prioritized
by
BitImpact

I think you're mistaken. Signature is usually part of a bounty campaign. The average bounty campaign is usually split into the following: Signature campaign, article writing, youtube videos, twitter retweets & likes, Medium claps, etc. A fixed percentage would be offered to each campaign, and users would receive stakes, and the total tokens allocated for bounty would then be distributed accordingly.

For an airdrop campaign, you could launch it after the bounty campaign, to attract new investors.
That is a need to be understood and discussed, even though I have asked the question, "If there are deficiencies, give your opinion?"
I made this question, so some of my friends did not misunderstand,
Thank you, Master, for saying I was wrong. Grin Grin

Sorry, perhaps I didn't state my opinion clearly. Signature campaign is part of the bounty campaign, and most ICOs usually launch it at the start to gain supporters. Airdrops can be performed AFTER the bounty campaign, perhaps to reward users for performing specific tasks, perhaps hodling your tokens, or downloading your app (if you have one).

Hope it's clear  Grin Grin

It may just be a bull trap, hate to be the spoiler but here's the truth:

Many ICOs are still holding on to their ETH raised from ICO. If they choose to cash out, they could easily suppress Ether's price. However, I do not wish for that to happen either, as i have a big portion of my portfolio in ether.

Re: Waves vs. Bitcoin
by
BitImpact
on 23/09/2018, 05:51:29 UTC
I personally wouldn't compare Bitcoin and Waves. Waves is a platform coin, so I think it can be better compared to other platform coins like Ethereum or Icon. Bitcoin, on the other hand, is used mostly for a store of value.

by

Well it's no wonder that old coins are being overlooked, especially now since it's the ERC-20 token hype.

New blockchain are coming from everywhere. One day there's ziliqa, the next there's wanchain, than there's icon, etc.

Not only old blockchain platforms are being overlooked, but old coins are also. Coins such as MaidSafe, Omni etc.

Re: I am not fan of KYC
by

I doubt anyone is a fan of KYC here. It justs defeats the entire purpose of using blockchain: anonymity.

Back in 2017, ICOs & exchanges do not require KYC. However, things are different now. In order to comply with AML laws in different jurisdictions, KYC is needed. This is so that if any signs of money laundering are found out, they can identify who is behind the address, and can take proper legal action.

Re: Safety of your private key
by
BitImpact
on 23/09/2018, 04:21:23 UTC
Of course, you should NEVER give your private key away for any reasons.

To keep your private key safe, I wouldn't even recommend you take a photo of it, and store it in your phone. Neither would I recommend you to keep a copy in Evernote, Outlook or Gmail.

The best way is still a pen and paper. Write down your private key and keep it LOCKED up. If you want to take further precaution, you could purposely omit 1 or 2 letters out, and keep it remembered in your mind. (Which is what I'm doing). This is to ensure that even in the scenario someone manages to get the key and unlock the safe, your funds would still be safe.

Re: ETH fail 2018?!
by
BitImpact
on 23/09/2018, 04:10:07 UTC
I really doubt the price of ETH could go back to $10, the current rate of $200 is alarming enough, with a 80+% drop from its ATH back in January 2018. I honestly think we're near the bottom, perhaps it could retest $200 level and go back up. Personally, I've pumped in a 5 figure sum into crypto a few days ago, to add on to my portfolio.

Re: Are Bounty Hunters also considered Investors?
by
BitImpact
on 23/09/2018, 03:59:25 UTC
For a start, bounty hunters are people who perform specific tasks, such as writing an article, in order to earn tokens. These tokens do not give dividends, unless it is a security token.

Back to the question, I wouldn't consider them investors, since:

1) They got their token for free.
2) The amount of tokens they have is usually immaterial.

by

If I'm not mistaken, it's the xRapid rumor that is driving up the price for the first wave. The second wave is probably people FOMOing, and buying in hopes that it'll go up further. Not exactly a huge fan of XRP coin, but we'll see how it plays out

Re: New price of ETH
by
BitImpact
on 08/09/2018, 08:47:05 UTC
I think the recent price dip may be due to projects liquidating ETHs to fiat to fund their project. I personally believe there may be more dips to come as more and more projects sell off ETHs to pay for operational costs.

Casper has also been delayed for 12 months. Casper is perhaps one of the most hyped events for Ethereum development. Now that it is delayed, it wouldn't be surprising that Ethereum price would drop.

Re: Most Crypto investors are Cowards
by
BitImpact
on 08/09/2018, 08:39:18 UTC
I wouldn't really call them cowards. To veterans in the crypto space, a 20% drop in a day is very common. However, people who have experience with the stock market mostly have not experienced such a major dip like that. They'll need time to get used to it.

The reason why most people are afraid of investing in crypto these days is mainly that crypto has a pretty bad name right now. We often see articles in mainstream media talking about how people have lost their entire life savings, how people took out loans to buy Bitcoin and ended up regretting it. With such FUD on crypto, it is no wonder that a lot of mainstream investors and average Joes on the street are actually scared to enter the crypto market.

Everyone's going to shill you their own coin if you are going to ask like that.

For me personally, I would say it's best to stay out at the moment, until a clearer route can be seen. Right now, buying into anything would be a gamble. It's best to park your funds in BTC or Tether/TrueUSD for the moment.
