Personally I don't think that 2000 of us paying $100 each to get on an exchange will happen.
I'd rather see our efforts go into finding a more suitable deal.
I have votecoins anyway and every other vote in aware of you don't give up the coins upon voting.  Hence this seems expensive and suspicious to me.

Btcz having its own exchange will make us look centralised even if the exchange isn't.  Our efforts would be better placed raising awareness of btcz.
I would even speculate that if we put the effort into raising awareness the exchanges may come to us instead.

ASICS are clearly already mining.
As was said above they drop into a pool for about 15mins, clear it up and bugger off.
This was seen with the original bitmain hardware so is no surprise.
