Does this service work or not? I wrote to the mail and there is no answer to Jabber. I did not notice the minimum commission and transferred the coins, I want to get them back.

I am very puzzled, why would anyone use custodial mixer with risk of owner running away with money, when there is open source and decentralized JoinMarket mixer? It's multisig with all other participants, no way someone can stole money or identify you. With custodial mixer, everything can go wrong and eventually, it will. But with decentralized CoinJoin mixer (CoinJoin it's a mixing protocol designed in 2013!) like JoinMarket, it simply can't.

We found that some 'mixers' claim they partnering with us - it's not true. We have no 'partners', except public partner program working with referral links: https://bitmix.biz/en/partner

Дoбpый дeнь. Пo cвoeй oшибкe oтпpaвил cyммy мeньшe минимaльнoй. Tpaнзaкция пoтвepдилacь, caмocтoятeльнo этy cyммy вepнyть нe мoгy. Пиcaл Baм и нa пoчтy и нa jabber - oтвeтa нeтy. Coxpaнил caм дoкyмeнт зaкaзa, xeши и тaк дaлee. Ha пoчтy oтпpaвил Baм cкpиншoты. Moгy eщё пpeдocтaвить дoкaзaтeльcтвa, ecли нyжнo. Oтвeтьтe тyт или жe пpoвepьтe пoчтy. Пoльзyюcь Baшим cepвиcoм впepвыe, xoтeл иcпытaть eгo, тoлькo пocлe oтпpaвки биткoинoв yвидeл, чтo ecть минимaльнaя cyммa. Дo нeё coвceм чyть-чyть нe xвaтилo. Пoзнee xoтeлocь бы пoвтopить пoпыткy, yжe coблюдaя yкaзaнный минимyм ввoдa кpиптoвaлюты. Paccчитывaю нa Baшe пoнимaниe и клиeнтoopиeнтиpoвaннocть, чтo Bы пoмoжeтe вepнyть oтпpaвлeннyю cyммy.

For the last 2 months we saw about 10+ dust attacks to different mixers for identifying mixer addresses and, probably, using it to perform so-called 'address report' typically provided by analysis companies like chainanalysis and so on.
Currently we're the only one mixer who protect clients from 'dust attacks' spread by analysis companies to identify mixer addresses and users. It's fully automated and doesn't need any additional actions from client.

There is a scam mixer on the loose that copied Bitmix.biz's tagline and other website templates. I created a scam accusation for it here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5202786
There is no BTC sent to their single BTC address so far and Hopefully nobody falls for this scam.
