Here is a work in progress. for a client. Eventually will hold 7 cards.

Here is the first system I built for a client. I have managed to make cable management better since I made this system, Still not bad...

Airflow works good with this case, not sure how good it would work in a data center, but it works fine in my testing area.

You know that you don't need the crossfire bridge for mining right?
Unless he's running Windows and doesn't have or want to use dummy plugs.

Crossfire hurts your performance when mining. People use dummy plugs because they have no choice. When I had 4x crossfired it was constant problems.
I had no issues with performance. I used it because its easier than using dummy plugs and works just fine. I do my testing under windows which forces me to use those cables. Plus it looks much nicer and allows the person to have a high end gaming pc along with a great miner.  Plus the bridges dont cost me anything,  i wa getting 400mhahes/s from each card at 900core. Was it suppose to be higher?

I call BS on this one. It is very hard to believe that this 4x sandwich does 0.4 Ghps per core for more than 1 minute in a row. Maybe with exception of some weird setups with room refrigerated otherwise and even than it is highly doubtful.

Video on youtube or this is a fake.

Next time I build another system with similar configuration I will. I ran a 24 hours test my my test area. Also I do have an air conditioner on but its not exactly refrigerated status. I was getting 80c on GPU 1-3 and 77c on gpu4. WIth more recent builds i get 75c on gpu1-3 and 68c on gpu4(avergae, Highest i saw was 80c. No bs, I will ask my customer to post a response if he wants. I use AeroCool sharks for intake fans, 95cfm each but I have them set to around 50%. Newer systems I have made used the same case but instead of a window it has a 120mm fan mount, I added one there and my cooling was even better. But I will prove it, whenever I get another order! PS: I keep my ambient temperatures at 66f-71f.

Here is my first dedicated miner. Cards oc'd to 950. get about 1.3~1.5 GHash/s. Dual 700W PSU's recycled from an old build. theres a 7000 btu AC blowing right on it! and a 10,000 btu AC cooling the room. Max temps are about 65c

confirmed working with gtx 1060 3gb cards. this is with PL 75w +150 core and +1000 memory in Hive OS. Lucky, I thought my 1060 3gb cards were gonna not work with this!
on 144_5 I get 110-115 sol/s with the same settings.

Full disclosure. The rig I got this from is odd. I have some gigabyte g1 cards in it that have an 80w limit on how low I can set the power limit. The card can pull up to 200w for some reason. I have overclocked this thing to 2.1 ghz and have only seen a maximum of 120w so basically these cards are gigantic for nothing. And they are micron and cant OC for crap on memory. Mining eth with them going for + 500 to + 1000 on memory gets me an extra 0.25 mh/s. RIP
But this works great! and seems to run a little cooler

What's going on with this coin?
Seems like it needs some development.

What are the goals / plans / future goals?

https://github.com/ellaism
And if you have something to propose for Ellaism development, feel free to do so in Discord for example.

Any plan for exchange?
Isn't Cryptopia enough for your needs?
is cryptopia even working. I lost 900 ella due to them not crediting me my deposit.
It is.
Either you have to wait a bit more (I was waiting 3 weeks for my Ellas to be transfered from another exchange) or bad luck (which is unlikely).
Could you share your txid? Have you addressed your inquiry to Cryptopia support? Pretty much sure none of them is present in this thread.

tx hash 0xe489eea6b7dce899cd28bf69bade7b6ad381b87251108c2a5c6d70a09e74dfd7
i opened a ticket a while back.

I for one am happy with a 2% fee.  My hashrates are better than 5% compared to ewbf so I'm ahead.  Much rather keep the fee at 2% and have the developer continue to work on and finetune the software than allow people to pay nothing.  I hope the developer makes squillions and why shouldn't he?

If people aren't happy with the fee, and he's already made it clear he aint gonna change it, then use some other software.  Why waste time bitching about it?

it's called principle/morals but i don't expect any one to understand that kind of stuff these day ...

Principles? Morals? Is a man not entitled to the swaet of his own brow?

I dont see the issue. On average my gtx 1060 rigs went from 1530 to 1620 sol/s. 1620 - 2% =1587 > 1530. Devs need love too!

Re: Coin losing its marketcap
by
BitPorium
on 15/09/2017, 11:56:12 UTC
It means that the coin has lost approximately half of its initial value. Polybius was 10 times cheaper on the exchanges after the ICO. Most probably you are going to see this in the majority of new ICOs because of the falling BTC.

I also have the same question as the OP, does it mean the rest of the coins are kept by the Exchange?

Does market cap means total value of the coin? Not the amount of coin itself? Because all this time I thought market cap is the total coin at the market.
Market cap is a simple function of TotalShares(in this case total coins) x Value. So If a token has 100,000,000 units and each unit is worth $1 then it has a market cap of $100,000,000. If the value goes down to $0.01 then it has a market cap of $1,000,000. The number of coins don't change.

Here is a windows binary built from the source. No mods made. Just a build. Can confirm it works on my gtx 970 nothing else. As for hashrate it seemed a little lower than spmod3 but I was at i 16.
Here you go.

I uploaded to a few places
ufileio/haxxr

nofileio/f/yLsTJy3dL9a/ccminer.exe

cheers

Maybe? a tip? But not needed or necesary! Tip the dev better.

And here is the 64 bit release.
nofileio/f/s49HoBZTqW0/ccminer.exe

Fu*k,

I seen ppl reporting this one having a Trojan and i downloaded and tried this version on 3 of my rigs.

Any idea how to clean my pc properly now in case it was infected? :/

Dynamite it !!

Nahh im srs. I mean, ok, i deleted the files, but what if trojan horse got somewhere after i ran the app?

Should avira be enough?

Just run whatever AV software you have. If windows defender picks it up then probably everything else will aswell. If you had wallets on those systems I suggest you transfer coins to another address with a wallet generated on a known clean system. And keep an eye out on your email and such for suspicious activity.
