The balance you tried to withdraw was from the bonus we gave you. Our terms are simple — withdrawals require at least one deposit. Despite that, we were willing to make an exception and process it manually for you. While this was being arranged, you continued to play and unfortunately lost the bonus. At that point, there was nothing left to withdraw.
