Yeah, i think you are right, smth wrong with formula, and for 10$ deposit, wager should be lower, what is average in your opinion currently?
Standard wagering requirement for similar deposit bonus is between 35-50x, but it usually wager on slots games is the one that counted 100% towards wagering requirement.
I just noticed that you have no slot games, so I think I have to revise my opinion about your 500x wagering requirement.
With the fact that the wagering requirement cant be done in all your in house games with 1% House Edge, I have to say that 500x is reasonable but of course lower will be better
Previously I thought that 500x can be done in slots game only ( I had not check your available games before), I was expressing my opinion in general.

They won't get players to get that bonus because they have very high wagering requirement.
They will learn quick that people are not that gullible to fall for a 200% bonus because they have ridiculous condition.
As they are using free email and not their own domain, with missing "o", I don't know if people will trust them to deposit high amount of money.
But they have their chance here to prove about their credibility, it will take time to gain patrons from this forum.
We are still new in the market but we definitely gonna work to gain the trust of community! Just need a little time to adapt and gain momentum

Not a bad looking image you got there (even tho it is AI made, still looks pretty good, but its noticable).
Do you have a bounty program for exploits ?
And for feedback.
When registering the password field does not accept special characters such as !!@@ etc. This is a major oversight in password security.
The support email would look way better if it was domain based. NOT: email: bitruby.supprt@gmail.com - not only is it just a gmail, its also spelled wrong.
When registering i also did not get a confirmation email.

1) We're open to addressing exploits on a case-by-case basis. However please note that currently we're a small start-up, so big payouts might not be feasible just yet. If you want to report any exploit, write to our telegram chat.
2) We're working on enhancing our password security and it will be improved soon
3) As for support email, yes, we will change it to the good looking domain based shortly
4) As for TRX chain, yes, we gonna add it in the nearest month
5) Confirmation email, this week its gonna be implemented
This is very good to hear. The good part of being a small company is that you can pivot and make changes very quickly. I will certainly hop by the chat tomorrow and i will have a look at the site aswell to see if i manage to find any weaknesses, as for payout sizes.
