Fair enough, sounds good.

One more question though. In this post you mention that your company is running S5's and S4's. However, on your site it says that you're using S1's instead - what happened to the S5's and S4's?
We decided to start with s1's because they were cheaper for us, and we aren't paying for power so it just seemed like the right way to go.

I can see us switching over to s4's in the future, and possibly adding scrypt miners
That doesn't add up with what you previously said though. You said "We are using Antminer s5's, and quite a few s4's" implying that you're currently using those miners. But now there's no mention of using either the S5 or the S4, so I'm wondering what you did with those?
We sold them to a local guy, we didn't have very many so it was easy. I still have 2-3 s5's but all the s4s are gone

Im waiting for my go-pro to come in the mail so i can take some hi-def pics of the actual miners. we only have 10-15 right now because theres no need for more.
On your site there's the following line: "These are pictures of our miner. It may seem small right now, but we are only renting out >30"

Is that a typo, or are you saying that you rent out over 30 miners, yet you only own 10 to 15?

Also, if you were able to snap a picture of that single miner why not use the same camera to take a picture with all the miners in it, and then take a new one with your new camera? I think a lower resolution image would be good to have while you're waiting for a better camera, at least it shows that you do indeed own 10-15 miners.
that is a typo, its supposed to say we are renting less than 30, and ill snap a picture of my 15 when i get home, and we only had 2 when that picture was posted..

Give me a few hours and ill update the site

Welcome to EZHashing! We are NOT a cloud mining company, we rent out miners to our customers.
So you physically ship out the miners to customers then? Because if customers pay for mining power and you run it all for them at a data center, that's basically the definition of cloud mining.

Edit: I hope you're joking about this. Your "farm image" consists of a single Antminer with your username on it, you've got to be kidding if you think that's sufficient proof of your mining.

Also, in your TOS you have the following term: If we suspect any fraud, or if our miners are being used for illegal purposes, your account will be terminated without refund. How can you use a miner for illegal purposes? I have never heard of that before.

Finally, your website is WHOIS protected and you have no information about the owners of this "company", I think this is pretty much a verified scam. The only thing I can compliment you on is having an SSL certificate, but the rest of the site is terrible. You're running a Wordpress theme as your cloud mining site (most legitimate operations would create their own website) and your only method of contact is through Skype.
Its not hosted at a datacenter, we have solar power for our miners. So if you really want to call it cloud mining go for it.

Im waiting for my go-pro to come in the mail so i can take some hi-def pics of the actual miners. we only have 10-15 right now because theres no need for more.

We give our clients full SSH access to the miners, so if the client uses the ssh for ddos, hosting malware, or anything illegal, then it will be terminated. they have full control over the apache server etc.

I like to keep my identity private at the moment, and i talked to a website developer and I'm not ready to pay 700$ for a website that I'm not even sure that people want, also, wordpress allows for easy administration and i can setup accounts for my staff.

Hey everyone! Before you reply, just know that this is in early beta, there is many improvements to be made and all customers will be thought of as "beta" testers, They will get everything they paid for, but we will only allow 5-6 customers to start.

Are you planning to show any solid proof that you're actually running mining hardware for customers? Your site looks extremely poorly made, you don't list an @ezhashing.net email address on your site for contact, you don't give users any info about your operations (total hashrate, equipment used, country, etc) and people couldn't even sign up for the site if they wanted to. Plus I see you're using a WHOIS guard, which makes things even more untrustworthy.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but your "company" looks like one of the many other cloud mining ponzis that have come and gone in the past year and a half.

Edit: I think your post history speaks for itself.  Roll Eyes You have no idea what hardware to use, and you're getting random developers from this site to develop your site for you.

We are using Antminer s5's, and quite a few s4's

I am going to connect them all to p2p pool so stats are public. I will agree, it does look very bad right now, but it will all look better by the end of the month.

I'm willing to develop backend miner-management stuff to handle large amounts of physical hardware miners. I can do Java with strong concurrency, as well as tweaking miner setup for automated realtime purchasing/provisioning, with whatever language is most appropriate for each subtask.

Add my Skype and we can talk.

Sure would be helpful if OP actually gave a bit more information.  What do you mean by "partner with you?"  How are you getting "free" power, and how much power do you have access to?

What I find even funnier is this other post by this user: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1135578.0.  Apparently he's got free power in a datacenter.  And, supposedly in that thread he's got 7TH/s of gear, not the 3TH/s he's claiming here.
We are still waiting for the other miners, 7th/s total, but only 3th/s has arrived, should all be here by the 15th
