I don't care I have loyalties to BitInstant, they took my money and delivered nothing in return. I've tried contacting them from every direction possible with no success. The only option left now is to buy a plane ticket and fly to New York.

Is it possible that Bitinstant is going out of business and keeping everyone's money? Look at there facebook page and the recent user posts. Also check out this page bitinstantscam.com
