Trying to switch to server power supply onlu mining. Without second ATX. I have hp server supply and breakout board with cables. The risers are 6 pin ver 006c, which should be powered directly from the hp server power supply. But in this setup no picture on the screen. No signal is send from gpu to monitor. I try only with one first gpu card. Riser red LED is on when HP PSU is on. Processor fan is on also. I have Pico /160W/ also. Can't figure out why gpu do not turn on fans. I tried with other riser and other gpu. It was working fine with corsair ATX PSU. I`m sure it is possible, because at this video how they use only server psu for 6 gpu. Hi, friend of mine have trouble register new account. He fill the sign up form, receive email with code, redirect to the page to confirm with code key, username and password. But the page show error: the username is not valid, the key is wrong or expired. But it is actually not expired because he received email immediately.
He tried password reset, but do not receive email. He tried to cancel the registration but blank page is showing.
Could someone explain what to follow to register new account?

A little prehistory.
Hardware:
Gigabyte H110m-D3A, bois 23, CPU is G3900, ram 4 gb. Windows 10 64 bit. PSU is 500W corsair and server power supply 1200W.
Running 2 R9 280X for 3 weeks.
Suddenly the rig started to restart and i found that the PSU is the problem.
I bougth fortron he-500. I connect the psu to mainboard and cpu and hdd and one R9 280X. The windows did not detect anything in device manager. Any of the cards. I bougth 4 more R9 280X. /My plan was to use 6 vga card on the same board/
What i tryed:
- BOIS restore, flash to latest and many bois setting variants - not detected any card
- Fresh install of Windows to other hdd - not detected any card
- install of different AMD drivers 15.20,15.7,16,17 and uninstall every time with DDU - not detected any card
- try to plug any of the 6 gpu card in pcie16 line - not detected any card
I need help on troubleshooting. Can`t imagine what else to test.

My mobo detect only 3 gpu. I tryed all the speps here and cant see the 4 gpu. Device manager just dont show 4th gpu. Have win 10 pro 64bit, amd 17.6.2 drivers.
Any more ideas?
If in the device manager, you should check every section, then if I saw something like VGA, right click on it and update driver.
No, there is no new device in device manager.
But i found the problem, the ATX PSU is defective. I use server PSU and ATX PSU. But the atx gone. There are some suggestions the problem was i didnt ground psu together with same ground cable. But dont know how to ground them? Just to connect both black wires from both PSUs?

I was in a 24h nightmare to setup 5 GPUS with this one, I will recommend you the following:
1. Update to the last BIOS.
2. Do not use "Mining" crappy mode.
3. Setup Windows with an USB Flash Drive, use Rufus to create the bootable drive and use GTP partition to UEFI.
4. Format hard drive using GTP partition (VERY IMPORTANT). If you use MBR partitions, when 4G Decoding will be enabled you will get a big black screen at start up.
5. Setup Windows 10 Pro and drivers with up to 3 GPU (NO MORE), and with 4G Decoding Disabled.
6. Once the first 3 GPU are installed. Turn off and connect the 4th GPU an turn on, go to BIOS and enable 4G and Gen1.
7. Wait for Windows starts and configures 4th GPU. Once it is complete, turn off, and install 5th GPU, and turn on again.
8. Repeat untill 6th GPU.
For this experience, I will never buy this motherboard, Gigabyte, great mobos for gaming, for mining Asrock, Biostar and MSI.

but i have a question. when should I enable the mining mode?

I have R9 280x not overclocked. I started mining with claymore and Nicehash pool. Today most of the time I'm mining at 13mhs, but at unregulated time I see the mhs is raised to 25mhs in Nicehash pool. And the temperature of the card is raised to 80 degrees. At 13mhs the temp is 67 degrees. Why is that happen? Who control my card at how much mhs will mining?
What could be the reason?
