This is clearly a scam I contacted him and he says he will release the BTC once he receives the payment.

I will not send you BTC without any payment in my account. Not even with escrow. My bank account ins my bank account . On my real name, on my real adress. You can always track your money with a SEPA transaction , you can always go to the police in term of fraud and they will find the true owner of a bank account. In this case is me. I do not want to make public all of my personal account but if you want we can make a skype call and see where i live and how i log in in my bank account , and see me, and i`l show you my ID , and i`ll show my kid , and my car, and my licenceplate from my car.... anithing that you need. BUT you will NOT see any BTC until I have the money in my account.

Best regards.

100% SCAM.
100% BETRUG.

Don't deal with anyone who avoids and refuses escrow.

Red flags:

1. Minimum transaction amount is 200 Euros. The OP is stupid ("bloed"/idiot if you want that in German). You are a newbie and you ask people here to send you 200 Euros on the basis of blind trust alone. Sind Sie verrueckt? Total plem-plem sind Sie ja!

2. He will NOT send BTC even with escrow. The guy is a mental case. Some Germans think they are entitled to be trusted blindly so be careful of this guy's sense of entitlement.

3. He will show his ID, his "kid", his car and his "licence plate" ---- anything which does not translate to a secure form of exchange. But he will not use escrow. Clearly a candidate for the Wiesloch Psychiatrisches Krankenhaus!

Don't do transactions with this German. What a POS this guy is!

Hi .

Did you traded with me ? Did i scamed you ? Are there any accusations on my name that i scammed you or anybody else ?
I will like to invite to my home where we can make a 200 Euro transaction just to prove that i^m legit. If you are in Europe i^ll pay for your expences. Just please stop talking nonsense.
You call me a scammer and i didn^t even make any transaction . You are funny. I do not know who has a mental case. Or you just are some concurence and just want to stear the waves.

Thank you and have a nice day.

i need the maximum bitcoins you can sell me. i can take up to $35,000 in bitcoins.

i will use devthedev, sebastianju as escrow or any free escrow which i will personally tip after the deal.

regarding the previous situation about a legendary scamming someone, i will prefer to trade in portion of $10,000 if that is ok with you.

information i need from you :

bank details of course, or western union.
will also need to know, for $10,000 how much will i be getting in terms of BTC

Congratulations. I actually LOL'ed when I read this post.

I would avoid dealing with the OP if you don't like getting scammed. (If you like getting scammed then you should deal with him and you should send first).

This person has been posting with various accounts trying to buy BTC in sketchy ways.
Well this is a huge amount for a lot of btc users and it certainly would be a huge scam.  But if an escrow is being used along with a nonreversible method like WU, how much potential for a scam can there be?

at least a decent person Smiley

some might say WU is reversible. no problem, bank transfer can be done.

account is mine, not hacked, not stealth or anything. need more proofs, will have my address, name, location, even my ip address if you want, no problem. can also give you last numbers of my credit card WITHOUT CVV AND EXPIRY DATE OF COURSE.

i dont owe paypal. i have paypal credit which means the money is on the paypal account and available to make online purchase.
paypal balance always stays 0.00 since its deducted automatically from your creditcard attached to the account.

Xetsr is 100% spot on regarding netpyder and nor9865 without any doubt.

You were defending them in a scam accusation thread and just so happened to trade with the both of them (well you received positive trust from them), so I would say that it would be fairly certain that you are the same person.

I would say that as of when all the positive trust was left, your account was controlled by the same person that xetsr was saying that you were an alt of.

I also have my doubts of being able to produce evidence that the trades your feedback profile claim to have done actually took place, although evidence of such trades is not necessarily evidence of innocence.

considering your trust score you should sit in the naughty corner for a moment Smiley
My trust score is off topic and has nothing to do with your negative trust. However the fact that you bring it up generally is going to mean that your negative trust is legitimate (or at least that there is a high chance that you are w scammer, or at least that I should look into you being a scammer which I did and I concluded that there is a high chance that you are a scammer).

euuhh... okaay. your country needs more detectives like you. have a good one
The US does need more detectives like me, however that is not the industry that I currently work in, and I have very little interest in law enforcement, so I doubt that I will ever become a detective.

I do not think that xetsr is wrong about this one. Some leaps do need to be made to make his conclusion, however I think more likely then not he is going to be correct, and I think that the community will overall be better off with it being warned to be cautious when dealing with you.

Even without your negative trust it would be advisable to use escrow when dealing with you (although you may have been able to trick new users to send first to you), and with his trust others will still trade with you, although they will most likely demand escrow. So xetsr's negative trust is not going to affect you except if your plan was to try to scam someone Roll Eyes

refer to my past post about losing 5 btc in a stupid address change where i even gave my pmc to YOU quickseller, refer to my just new paypal account sale which i DEMANDED escrow. netpyder said its not a problem for escrow or no escrow so the deal went on and was smooth.

If you are referring to this thread, then yes, you did claim to lose 5BTC, however you were never able to prove which address the BTC was sent to, nor were able to provide sufficient evidence that BTC was actually lost, nor were able to provide sufficient information to recover BTC.

I also checked my PM history and I can confirm that I have not received any PM's from you except that were discussing my then current avatar, and non that were discussing any kind of loss, nor that were discussing any kind of scam.

Regardless of who I have done business with in the past, and regardless of if I have done business with you in the past, if I think you are an alt of a scammer, and if I think someone is wrong about calling someone out as an alt of a scammer then I will say so. I have given advice regarding trust ratings and administration actions in the past, and such advice was at the very least noted and more commonly specifically acted upon. If you wish to present specific evidence that you are not an alt of that person then feel free to present such evidence.

you can ask shorena for that, everything even my wallet.dat was sent to the user for recovery purposes. and if it wasnt MINE, then why would the 5 coins still be there on the lost address which i provided few minutes after doing the deal. oh well maybe i am stupid to just send 5coins in a lost address and made the whole story.. right?

anyways who ever wants to add to the trust rating, feel free

For those wondering: Check the post history of the accounts and you'll notice a lot of similarities. I'm not gonna waste my time arguing here as it would be pointless. Guy is just mad that he fucked up and now the hero account he bought is useless.

Negative feedback will not be removed. Don't like it? Message whoever readded me to the DT list (FYI- I never asked to be readded).
