To motivate women to use something in times we are living you don't need anything different from that you are using to motivate men. Yes, of course you do need something different to motivate some women but motivating that kind of women is a waste of time IMO.
I use multibit. It's an offline wallet. For the most part I keep my BTC offline unless I am ready to buy something with it. I sometimes keep a little bit on Bter.com because any coins you hold there earn daily interest.

Would be better you make some HYIP or instead it make some kind of shares program with the details that you may not RoI your investment being free or paid, I doubt anyone would invest with that information.
Borrowing bitcoin is when you need it for something important, but also you must have backup sources to pay your loan..think before doing something usually gambler is not recommended to apply loan. because borrowing bitcoin for gambling sounds not good.

Some people are talking all kind of bullshit about the bitcoin but in the meanwhile they do not even used it once to pay with.
I will start thinking Bitcoin is dead when I need to exchange my Bitcoins to other altcoin when I using (spending) my Bitcoins. Not happening today. All I see some altcoin prices up (some > 10x in few months), yet their real useability is almost the same - clear sign of speculation bubble to me.
