Re: Regret and depression

Why are you basing your happiness on whether or not you are a millionaire, that is silly. There are so many more worthwhile things to pursue than just the acquisition of money such as the pursuit of noble causes and helping others. This is the only sustainable source of happiness and being a millionaire of itself would certainly not make you happy so you should not wake up feeling depressed every morning for this, you should wake up every morning and think how you could make the world a better place for both yourself and others in your own little way, that will bring you far more happiness than a pile of meaningless paper or numbers on a screen in your possession.

Re: Making a new bitcoin chatting forum, Anybody willing to help?

I think it's a good idea but I just can't see it being feasible. Where would you get enough BTC from in order to pay people for every post they make. If the website became popular, that would not be likely.

Also, I don't mean to be rude, but I highly doubt there will be anyone that is willing to give you BTC in order to develop the site when you are a very low rank and have no way of proving that you won't just take their BTC and never be seen again. I'm not saying that is your intention but it is likely that people won't be willing to give you BTC for such reasons.

I think it would be great if you could make a success of the site by the way, Bitcointalk can be a little intimidating for people that are new to cryptocurrency and an alternative site with less emphasis on the technical side of things would be great. Good luck with your project.

What would be the best signature campaign for me to join?

As the title says, I'm just wondering what signature campaign would be best for me to join bearing in mind my level. I would like the best paying one available to me, preferably with weekly payout, although not absolutely necessary. Any help greatly appreciated.

Re: Bitcoin raffle - Would anyone participate?

I would take part in it but here is what's really gonna happen:

People buy entry -> time for raffle -> you disappear with 100%

I would not do that, but I see the point your making, would there be a way of making it so I am not in control of the funds but could still administer the raffle?

Bitcoin raffle - Would anyone participate?

Please note, this is just an initial idea and I have not thought about this in much detail but would like your opinions please.

I was thinking of perhaps starting up a Bitcoin raffle whereby you buy an entry/entries into the raffle at a specified price (for arguments sake, let's say 100k per entry) each week. At the end of the week I would then put all entries into a random draw and then winner of that draw would then win most of the BTC.

I would keep a small percentage for hosting and organising the raffle (perhaps 5%-10%) and the rest would be won by whoever won the draw. So for example, if 50 entries were bought (50x100k=5 million satoshis) I would keep ~250k-500k (5%-10%) and the winner would receive the remaining 4.5-4.75 million satoshis.

There could of course be different variants of this, so you could have one jackpot winner and other smaller winners or five winners that receive equal amounts etc. but as I said this is just an initial idea.

What are your thoughts on this, do you think it is feasible and more importantly perhaps, would you take part?

Thanks.

I can only see black and blue dress in this picture.

No way, that is crazy, that's what some people say they see but there is no black at all that I can see.

There is a big debate over the colour of this dress on the internet at the moment.

It is clearly white and gold, what do you guys think?

You could try using a qr code creator directly form your bitcoin address.

That was brilliant, very quick and easy, thank you very much.

Thanks for the suggestions and quick replies guys, I do appreciate it and apologies if I posted in the wrong section.

Are there any quick ways to level up or does it simply depend on the amount of posts that you make?

How/where to earn bitcoins? (not faucets)

Hi, I'm just wondering what are the best/easiest ways to earn BTC?

Is there anything like the website fiver where you do tasks to earn BTC instead of £/$?

I have no clue about programming or anything like that but I am good at writing if that would be helpful at all. Are there any threads on here where people are requiring tasks done in return for BTC?

Also, quite a few people recommend signature campaigns as a good way to earn BTC, bearing in mind I am fairly new and only a junior member, would this be both feasible and worthwhile and if so could you please guide me on how to do this please?

Any other suggestions other than the ones outlined are also welcome, any help much appreciated.

Re: Play Flappy Bird on your Android Phone and win FREE BTC! Faucet

This seems like a great idea, good work. Just read through the privacy policy and it says that if a user deletes their account you do not delete their information but you do not give a time limit. Does that mean that you never delete their information or just for a certain amount of time?

We don't store anything more than your username and email, and then a transaction log of all games that you played. We need to retain this information for accounting reasons.

Thanks for your reply, just to clarify, is this forever?
