How do you actually know you've found a block or something when mining solo via command line?

i can see [ECN] eCoin is SHA-3 and can be mined with gpu, what's the diference with MAXcoin?
i think the people needs a really distributed coin, not just for gpu farms owners.
To be popular, you need to pay the people to promote your coin, not just pay to the elite of the miners. Max Keiser can pump your coin, but it will fall fast if the people haven't it distributed.

Currently the block reward is only 0.5. Why?

- Quick block generation: 10 seconds

First 4 millions UNC will be mined in 1 year or something like that, but the description of the coin was edited by the guy who start this threat, i dont know why. where is the original threat of this coin? is not this i think. I read something else.
