How come you got them with refund option if the retail price is $23,000 but you paid $16,000...? That's a pretty big margin. Any possibility you could link the retail prices?

seems unlikely they would need 12 people on the team. maybe when they built the site they needed a few dev and security guys, but with the exchange in operation it could be upkept by 2-3 guys with enough technical skills. maybe 4-5 people depending how the ATMs are handled

do they even have a physical office? I don't see any sort of location listed on the website. re: utilities, theres likely $10,000 worth of server gear that costs <$800/month to host somewhere

realistically:
5 employees x $3k/month = $15k/month
putting 5%/month towards recouping upfront costs = ~$5k/month
paying to host webservers and phonelines = ~$1k/month
business insurance (i imagine they have some form of coverage for hot/cold wallet theft) = $5k/month (just a guess based on 30k worth of trade fees)

thats a total of $20-30k/month, so while i doubt they were operating at a loss, the margins may be a little thin. *granted, there would still be 5 people making a decent salary*

QuadrigaCX looks junk to me & rumor the people behind it are shady. Have they even picked up a MSB license in Canada yet?

I feel the trade is adequate as current prices for Dragon Miners are approx £400 whereas you can buy an S3 with PSU for between £150-£200

I am looking for 2 x S3's with only 1 x PSU as I currently have 1 x S3 running one half of the PSU.

I just went through this thread and made a few more donations to recently posted organizations.  

People, if you want to receive coin give us your address!!  You want to make it easy for people to send you public cash.  This is total no brainer stuff.
  
A few of the organizations piped me to a website, asked me to pledge an amount in some odd unit I'm not familiar with, and made me mash the keyboard on fields that said "email" ..  "address"..  etc..  and to make matters worse it doesn't even look like it is the organization receiving the money because I saw links from coinbase, cavirtex, bitpay, etc..  who knows what fraction of any of that coin will make it to the intended recipient.  Many times I have started down that kind of path and stopped.  We have better things to do with our time and if the recipient doesn't have a clue what they are doing, probably your coin is better spent elsewhere.

I want to send you funds.  Why are you messing with web forms and third party limited liability corporations?  This is dead simple stuff.
