has anyone tried the US site for free shipping? .01 is a bit expensive and I heard they were going to give discounts to early buyers who paid 0.125 BTC on the 1/10th pieces.

Roguebitcoin.com is owned by The Blue Diamond Exchange LLC they are registered with FinCEN. It's about as legit as it gets. The site has not changed any prices in the last few days either. Blue Diamond is an OTC exchange, they cash people out with gold or USD.
