This is very possible to happent but the problem is the proportional conversion of ingame currency to Bitcoin. We all know that ingame currency has no limit and can easily be acquired through selling, hacking and killing mobs. And Bitcoin is limited to 21M coins, Maybe Bitcoin can be use as payment to certain items and exchange of ingame currency to Bitcoin can be made. The thing to consider, as what the earlier comment said is the exploitation of the sytem. Possibly there will be lots of bot character ingame, making the game Bot infested and much less enjoyable for real players to play the game.
yeah thats one of the problem and bitcoin is also scarce but i hope there will be someone counter this bot
If you don't have the extra money for this, you shouldn't participate. Talagang hindi mo makikita ang ROI within 1 year, no matter what anyone says. Ganun kasi talaga.

if that happens there will be still a chance that it will be cents. So, its still a risk to buy bitcoin if the price drop to 1$ but i saw the the oppurtunity of bitcoin to gain money well for me i will buy many bitcoin :3
from the past we saw that bitcoin path is going to down and its is really happening today.January 2016 i saw the price of bitcoin is 200$+ but now its 650$ . its a an eye catching to see that bitcoin price is rising so for me this is the reason that i am investing in bitcoi.
I do not know for sure, but in my country there are some artists sexy and beautiful that use bitcoin, I think I'm quite excited to see them looking bitcoin, and I think still very many girls are beautiful and sexy looking for bitcoin in secret, only a matter of time until they show themselves

If you meant for a direct bitcoin currency in that game, it's not possible since no way the developer will earn money from that if they will not implement their own currency in-game. Unless they will open an in-game store of equips,items,spells etc where you can purchase it directly with bitcoin without using their own in-game currency (e.g. diamonds, gems etc.)
But for purchasing a bound currency in-game which can be purchase thru bitcoin, that is possible.
yeah direct bitcoin currency if this happen we can earn money while playing :3 i love to see that killing mobs giving us satoshi. i hope game developers make this kind of online games.
for me, my problem at bitcoin is that there are a lot of scammers in investment . when you buy bitcoin whats next getting scammed? only lending and trade exchange will give you profit in bitcoin nothing else.
Probably those cam chicks that accept bitcoin
