Banking is really improtant for people who far from cryptocurrencies. Old people usally can't even google something so probably better to use bank in this case.

Bitcoin is probably money because we working with decentralized system. Everyone there just trading tokens without any taxes, fees and other stuff. Currencies are fiat money.

Bitcoin is anonymous and even if people find your transaction would be very hard to track you or reicver because they will know only wallets numbers. Just be careful in real life.
