Ok just got back up. Had major things to work out with concerning the new extra secure wallet setup so after alot of adjustments we sent everyone the bitcoins they had in their account and did a refresh. You will not be able to log in with your old account. With what happened were about 3-5 weeks behind on our overall plans but we still expect to complete everything before 2012.
