Its like they're trying to excuse scamming their community by saying "this is crypto." Well no shit, this is crypto, and people are gonna call you out when you act like a scammer and do scammy things.
Tagged and flag supported. These are the kid of people who have spoilt all the fun in crypto over the years. All they seek is how to scam the next person with whatever shitcoin they create and thanks to them, so many people have trauma with crypto scams and will swear how they will never use crypto again.
Thanks for the watchful eyes.

Re: WOO X trading platform has been hacked with 9 users lost money
by
Bitcoin_Arena
on 25/07/2025, 23:42:23 UTC
So, that makes it 4 within the month alone, right? There was BigONE with $27 million in stolen funds, CoinDCX with $44 million, and then WOO X with $14 million. I've also read about the exploit on GMX with $42 million.

It seems hackers have scored well this month--3 from centralized exchanges and 1 from what's considered decentralized.

I hope the funds stolen are from traders and not just from those who are lazy or confident enough to keep funds in exchanges.
Have you also noticed that whenever Bitcoin makes news with new all-time highs or whenever the market explodes into an uptrend, such cases of exchange hacks become more frequent. Perfect timing right? Or just pre-planned insider jobs?

It baffles me how 9 individuals could hold $14 million in crypto on a centralized exchange, that's an average of $1.5 million held my each and is not an amount you want to leave out of your custody.
Probably whales

Correct me if I am wrong?
It appears the topic you linked in the OP is closed and then the other that Vod created has probably been deleted, so I don't know if it really matters that how messed up it is and should now be discussed in meta?

Re: 📝[Discussion topic] Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns📝
by

It is likely that in the coming weeks Rainbet will continue to expand their campaign by adding more participants, making Rainbet the largest campaign by number of participants. Grin

As the exposure of the signature campaign on the forum is high that the expansion is done several times by the manager, as they keep focusing on the signature campaign rather than the contest.
They are certainly trying to test out if the signature campaigns are a little more effect that the contests they tried to run.  To be honest, the contests weren't really bad, but I think they attracted only a small audience vs those from the signature campaign. But anyway, the casino is fairly "busy" when you look at the live bets especially the slot games.

I will have to mention yahoo62278 here. Because I have seen their campaign thread in the forum and yahoo was their campaign manager then. I don't know if he still has their contact. You can also try to get them active here again and maybe promote if they find it worthy.
I don't think that will help. If the casino's so-called customer can't help, then I don't thin we should expect a former campaign manager or even the contact in this case. Those contacts are more of into marketing rather than technical team or compliance team.

OP, I would suggest you insist on asking them which exact terms of service you breached. It's broad to just generalize.

Re: Why don't the rich people get addicted easily?

Rich people gamble for entertainment mostly, Poor people try to gamble so they can earn some income or become rich. That's where the difference is. And to be honest, if you want to avoid depression and even addiction, look at gambling as a way of entertaining yourself, and you should do it daily. It should be something occasional.

Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2024/2025
by

It's absurd, you're trying to defend a coach under whom the team has slid to the bottom. I understand that he came only in the autumn, yes, some of the matches were not under his leadership, but for the rest of the season it was possible to at least stabilise the team, that it would stop at least sliding down the standings, but no, even that did not happen. Europa League this season was weak, I don't take it into account at all, as for me it's not an indicator. I still take the position that the problem is with the club's management and not specifically the coach, but Amorim is also to blame for the situation
Maybe you people who expect a coach of Amorim's caliber to come from nowhere and then turn the team around within the season are to blame. Like did you really expect that much from a coach that only has experience in a lower or lower league and not EPL?

With Manchester United you should always keep your expectations low because they can do anything and it doesn’t matter which team they play against, top, average or low they can be defeated. I watched the highlights of this game and Leeds had the better play throughout 90minutes, makes me wonder what Manchester United have been cooking  Huh
it will be the same old Manchester United you know, unfortunately for you folks.

Re: Are Stablecoins Undermining Bitcoin's Original Mission?
by
Bitcoin_Arena
on 22/07/2025, 22:58:36 UTC
If you understand how Bitcoin works, then no, Stablecoins are not undermining Bitcoin's original mission.

Stablecoins are most not decentralized by Bitcoin is. Stablecoins can be "frozen" in people's addresses, Bitcoin can not be frozen. Stablecoin can be minted out of a thin air and mostly use POS, Bitcoin uses POW to generated new coins into the network

Those who understand the main purpose of Bitcoin won't see stablecoins as a threat

You could mine other cryptocurrencies easier on mobile but careful what app you use or it will burn out your battery if your overclock it
Other cryptocurrencies like?
Most are just shitcoins and scams anyway. OP was mainly interested in Bitcoin for a reason
I'm still have a little knowledge about Bitcoin. But I’ve been curious about Bitcoin mining, is it really possible to mine Bitcoin using an Android phone?
I have seen a several apps claiming to do this, but I am not sure how legit or profitable they are.
Those are complete scams. Do not even bother downloading them, or you will end up compromising your device with some stupid malware claiming to be a mining app.

The problem is, you are just looking at part of the cycle that started some 4 years back. If you are to go by the whole cycles then yes, DCA is still a good strategy and it doesn't end even in the current bull run depending on how long you are looking to keep your Bitcoin investments.

DCA doesn't care about the price. You just have to be consistent with your buy orders.

Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions
by
Bitcoin_Arena
on 22/07/2025, 21:59:21 UTC
A sports news outlet football.london claimed that Barcelona is also interested in signing the Brazilian international. Rodrygo said he respects Real Madrid and wants to remain in the club. But it seems Xabi Alonso prefers other strikers, as shown in the FIFA World Club event.  So he might want to leave for a place where he would be appreciated more. Real might be open to let him leave for €100m (£85m), and it might be hard for clubs to afford that amount, except there are other agreements, like player swaps.
You people sometimes joke too much with your unreliable transfer news sources  Grin
Where are Barcelona going to get the money to sign Rodrygo without breaching the Financial Fair play regulations yet again. If things were OK, they wouldn't even have been looking at Rodrygo if they had managed to secure Williams. This is just street chatter.

Re: Is Bitcoin mining still worth it in 2025.

The power cost will be your number one consideration among other expenses. It doesn't make sense mining at loses even in this bull run due to high power costs. You might be better off just buying Bitcoin and holding

But I would say mining is like the long game, no instant profits or ROI. You have to do it consistent over time to realize the gains if everything remains constant (the mining gear doesn't get damaged leading to extra expenses, market movements favor you, the hashrate etc)

I just wonder - do they get paid for this?
Come to think of it, maybe they come here for backlinks so that they can have their websites get ranked higher in the search engine results. What doesn't make sense at all is these sites are hardly searchable online let alone have any reviews talk about them but with the so many good exchanges out there, these users choose to come around and ask if platform X, Y or Z is legit or not

Sounds more like the crypto recovery scam. In certain cases where funds are blocked, and they need records to show proof of source of funds, there is no way you are going to convince me to get the exchange to unlock the account minus things like valid bank statements. Most of such information and documents can only be acquired by the original owner unless you want to say that you are going to do forgeries which is also an offense.

This is a follow-up.

It is weird that a person who was not happy with OP deleted/editing his post and his friend had lost over $200K created a post today and then deleted everything including the replies in this thread. Mr sunnyJade92. What are you up to?

Here is the archive to his now deleted post - https://ninjastic.space/topic/5551156

Here are the archives to his post history - https://loyce.club/archive/members/371/3713935.html

Re: UEFA Europa League 2025/26 Season
by
Bitcoin_Arena
on 21/07/2025, 21:38:40 UTC

Despite winning Europa League final against Manchester United, Tottenham management are not okay with the previous manager ending in the Premier League, understandably decided to activate a new manager with a Premier League experience, there will be no excuse for the manager since the club are giving him all he needs to start the season. I'm sure about Tottenham not ending badly in the Premier League but as for them winning any title this season is what i don't think will happen.
Even with the change of coach, I don't think there will be any big improvement at Tottenham hotspurs. Maybe I am not following the transfer window so well but I don't see them competing so hard trying to reinforce their squad with good players. This is anything a top club aspiring to do better in the next season would try to do but Tottenham seems to be taking a long nap until the transfer period is done.

Polymarkets was suggested, but it might not give you what you are looking for. There is another budding platform, thalesmarket.io/markets. Please do some reading and explore it before you actually use it. You might end up finding some features you like or don't like, but it's worth checking out.

Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2024/25
by

Alonso has all the star players that any coach will need in order for him to win the any competition that they take part in. Real Madrid is used to signing star players since onset and that's why you see that they can maintain their standard. All the players in Madrid are all star players and none of them is an average player. Which means that Alonso needs to know how to manage these players in order to bring out the best in them.
Contrary to the popular belief, Real Madrid has actually signed very few star players in the past few seasons. Most of them turned out to be "stars" while at Real Madrid thanks to those repeated European magical moments

Xabi has been given greenlight to organize the club the way he wants and with that I am very sure some big names are going to be left unhappy and will consequently leave the club. Real Madrid's recent signings can give a clue on how Xabi wants things to be. A club that plays as a team and not one that relies on one player or two for individual brilliance.

The service is like a scam. Avoid it at all costs. It looks like the website was just created less than a year ago around the same time the domain name was registered/updated

Code:
Domain: xbitbank.com
Registered On: 2024-10-08
Expires On: 2025-10-08
Updated On: 2024-10-08

How did you get to know about the website though? Did some stranger suggest to you via inbox or social media?
