Absolutely agree with what you said about threats. Even though some people are angry at him, they should think before making such stupid, unacceptable and inhumane threats.

But don't you think that we, that believed in him and the Neo idea, deserve an explanation why he simply disappeared on 18 March? Was he disappointed for some reason? Any health problems? In any case he is the CEO of a listed company and cannot simply disappear leaving hunderds of shareholders, employees, investors, friends and people who believed in him in the dark and with millions in losses.

If you are in contact send him our regards and ask him to think rationally and return. There are many people that will help, support and protect him.

My silence is for a very valid and personal reason, all the rumors that are flying about are false and couldn’t be further from the truth. I haven’t moved from Cyprus or anything of the kind I am TEMPORARILY out of the country resolving some big issues that were made much worse by people stating incorrect facts in a public forum.

Firstly a comment about Danny's comment about "public forum" above. The way he puts it is "do not trust incorrect facts in a not so reliable/anybody writes any bullshit he likes/etc forum". Pardon me, but Danny raised millions in fiat currency mainly through the forums of the community, now he does not consider them a trustworthy place where people of the community can learn news, exchange opinions etc?

If what he claims in the statement is true, then why is the company not issuing an official statement that the CEO is temporarily out of the country resolving some big issues and that everything is business as usual?

What about the complete silence of both Danny and Neo since 18 March. The issue might have escalated in the last couple of days but the complete silence was from March 18th. Danny has to explain his silence since 18 March.

What about the suspicious trading, the suspension of share on Havelock, the abandonment by TAT, the non-reply to Antonopoulos etc etc.

Is it gross incompetence, lack of communication or something else (I hope it is not fraud because many people will be charged with criminal offences)?

One thing is for sure. With the way Danny and Neo & Bee handled themselves, they managed to lose many friends and shareholders and the confidence of most people.

It is a pity because many people believed and trusted what they were trying to do. Pity all these to go down the drain.

It now became widely known in Cyprus that not all of Danny's family have fled out of the island.

Hope he is not that stupid to put innocent people at any danger.

Meaning?

Cyprus most recently was in the headlines because a private university there is accepting bitcoin for tuition payments and also offering a degree in bitcoin.

"Well, it's a very exciting prospect. I have to say that personally I'm still learning regarding this bitcoin phenomenon because I think it's a very interesting phenomenon on a global scale. And it's very interesting and encouraging that a private university in Cyprus has been bold enough to take this step," said Georgiades.

Georgiades said he wasn't informed about the university's decision to accept bitcoin, but rather read it about in the news. He feels the news is emblematic of Cyprus and its economy.

"It was a private initiative and that shows how ahead the private sector, private enterprise and innovation is. And that's how it should be," he said. "I am a strong believer in the ... dynamism of the private sector and especially in Cyprus. ... Because of this entrepreneurial spirit which we have in Cyprus ... I am so confident that we shall soon be on track for recovery and growth ."

Even politicians try to have opinion on it.
What's their opinion? Do they embrace it or do they want to ban it (because of money laundering/terrorism/whatever)?

Those who understand it, they embrace it.

Those who do not, they are not taking a public position, even though most of them are positively inclined.

A lot of credibility is brought in by the University of Nicosia, whose CFO has publicly stated on several occasions that they believe Bitcoin is “mankind’s most significant technological innovation of the last 20 years”.

When people and politicians listed to such comments from the country’s biggest and most respected university, you understand that they will be positively inclined, even if they do not understand it.

Suggestions to Danny & Neo-Bee for the unsold shares:

1. You must firstly do what a serious listed company does after an IPO: issue an official announcement about how many shares were sold, the funds raised, how many are outstanding and confirm that you will not be selling any of these shares "privately".

2. These shares now have a significant valuation i.e. if, say, the number of shares is 4.5m, their valuation is 4.5m * 0.0056 BTC * $560 = around $14m!

3. Consider using these shares to make an acquisition(s) (if needed).

4. Consider selling to a strategic investor (if one is needed) at a small discount to the market price.

5. Consider rewarding some of your key employees, executives, key business associates.

6. Consider making a second round IPO at a price higher than the current market price.

P.S. For a company that would launch a "payment network to compete the current credit cards and money transmission businesses", your website is not that impressive (to say it very very politely)! You have to make a significant upgrade.

Central Bank of Cyprus says Bitcoin is not illegal
http://cyprus-mail.com/2014/02/26/central-bank-says-bitcoin-is-not-illegal/

Excuse me.

This guy, the former vice-chairman of Bank of Cyprus Evdokimos Xenofontos is one of the MAIN persons responsible for the COLLAPSE of the Cypriot banks, the state, and the robbery of people's deposits and life time savings from their bank accounts in HIS bank, Bank of Cyprus as well as in Laiki Bank.

He flew out of Bank of Cyprus, pocketing millions in golden parachutes, leaving behind a bankrupt bank that robbed people's deposits and he has been hiding for months now.

He should have been in jail and instead he dares to come out to the day light and make comments about Bitcoin and Neo & Bee?

I hope the Attorney General of Cyprus includes this guy in his list of persons to be prosecuted CRIMINALLY for the biggest robbery of mankind that ever happened, here in Cyprus in March 2013.

He should be jailed and his family's wealth confiscated.

YOU SHOULD BE IN JAIL EVDOKIME XENOFONTOS.

SHAME ON YOU!

FROM REDDIT FORUM

[–]haho9999 4 points5 points6 points 1 day ago

This is by far the most exciting security I have invested in. It's hard to believe that shares are still being traded for the IPVO price of 0.003 btc. Let's see how long that lasts!

[–]BitCyprus 4 points5 points6 points 1 day ago

The price on Havelock was stuck at 0.003 BTC in view of the fact that the IPVO (that ends today) was at 0.003 BTC too.

As from today the price at Havelock has started moving above the IPVO price (current price 0.00319).

I believe once the IPVO ends, the price on Havelock will be free from any weights and will start moving up.

Will see.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Once the IPVO closed today at 0.003 BTC the price jumped close to 0.005, a 67% return in a day.
You need not be a genius to have predicted that!

Is 2FA setup on lmb-holdings broken or something?

After scan my friend got : Invalid Barcode error

The barcode 'otpauth://totp/https:// ...something... is not a valid authentication token barcode.

he would like to pay for direct shares, but can't without proper 2FA secured account.

IPVO ends at close of business today.

Are there direct sale of shares now? I thought the process was completed and you can no longer buy directly shares.

Unless it is close of business using USA time (somebody from Neo please clarify).

FACTS

1. 99% of the Cypriots and foreigners living here hate the banks, the bankers and the Central Bank.

2. There are billions of euros in maitresses etc.

3. For the time being very few people know what is a bitcoin. The Neo Mega Marketing Campaign has been running for a month but until yesterday nobody knew what Neo was and the word Bitcoin was not even mentioned.

SO

The opening of the Neo's doors to Cypriots means that now they have the chance to find out what is Bitcoin.

If Neo is successful, hundreds and hundreds of millions will go into Bitcoin...You won't believe in your eyes.

how do I buy direct shares?

Today is the last day that you can buy shares directly from the company.

From tomorrow you can only buy at Havelock.
