Vancouver does look like an established thriving scene which hopefully will radiate out here with greater adoption. I defiantly see the 'we are part of something special fashionista' thing happening which always amuses me as it defeats the point.
There's an ad in the local classifieds for Crypto pay terminals for small business's which is encouraging (hope they can play the long game), but I've yet to see one in the flesh.
I'll often steer to conversation when talking to customers to BTC haven't met any zealots yet..

A world full of consenting organ donors is an ideal we can work towards, unfortunately I don't see it happening anytime soon.

And the irony is, all these poor guys didn't have affairs. They just wound up chatting with Ashley Madison sockpuppets on the site. (Analysis of the hack data shows virtually zero real female activity at the site, but tens of thousands of sockpuppet accounts. So almost no one was having a real affair, but they are paying for it now.)

Human body parts and organs should be donated only.
IMHO poor fellows that are in a waiting list for an organ transplantation must have a chance to survive.
EDIT: Also to stop this kind of sell activities that promote criminality, like kidnapping of inocent people that they will be killed in order to sell their organs in black market, a patient that needs an organ transplantation should not try to buy one. By buying an organ to save your life you condemn another innocent person to death. The selling or buying of organs is immoral, doesn't promote the spirit of humanity and is illegal in many countries.

Hypothetical situation.
Your wife or your child needs a vital organ replacement and has been given 24hrs to live. With a donation only system there would be less chance of a matching replacement being found within the timeframe.
Now I find the whole organ harvesting thing as ghoulish as anyone but when it comes to my family I can't be a saint. We all want life. 😇

The ethical question of should body parts be sold at all is different from the one posed by the OP.
My answer is YES.
Bitcoin isn't 'Ethic-coin' or 'Happy-clappy-feel-good-coin' it's cold hard digital money. If it's going to be successful it's going to its hands dirty so to speak.

There has been more bloodshed and pain caused in the name of Religion over the years than anything else and it's a true blight on humanity. Islam and ISIS are fundamentally linked ( these fools aren't killing in the name of Hinduism or Christianity) therefore Islam needs to take of this, but does Islam really want that? 💀💣💀
