This is what the free market is. Good marketing is always needed and helps, but the most important thing is to research the market, which is missing in this case.
There will always be a place for expensive products, but they must bring something special that will attract niche customers. I think that's what's missing here ... or i still don't know what it is.. 

Yeah its a free market and expensive products are there but I don't think it should be like this. Those services and exchanges that are offering those expensive ones are those that has the highest demand. But on date, they are even the ones that offers the most affordable and cheapest rates.

Yes, you do have your sell price but its really far from the real market price which people can just look at other exchange that does have competitive prices. By the way, that's just our suggestion to make it look better but if that's the way you are operating good luck.

The price is static as i observed and should really be changed to be lived ones than on having a manual change because price can fluctuate in a matter of seconds too much hassle on their part.

And as you can see to the poll most of the votes are for ethereum. You should exclude those centralized coins that I've mentioned before. I reckon with onlinedragon's comment about your price that's totally far from the current price. Yours now is $6800 while the real market price is $6400, you should adjust it.

commisions are huge

It's impossible to sell for real market prices since you want to run a business, but a good rating that is good for you and the customer is the best if you want to succeed with your cryptocurrency exchange website. You are using https://www.liqpay.ua/ as payment provider that is calculating 2,75% fee for each transaction, other popular services who are offering exactly the same are using Simplex that is calculating 5% fee. This should give you some advantage to compete with established websites that have been around for several years.

To be honest I would never use your exchange the fees are ridiculous, why would anyone pay $500 more for one Bitcoin if they can buy it also on another website with good reputation. Your website also shows a Btc price that does not even come close to the real price.
