España es un ejemplo de mala regulación en el campo de las criptomonedas, ¿por que?
Porque parece no conocer la verdadera actividad de los participantes: (o tal vez simplemente quiere desalentar la participación)
En mi caso, hace al menos cinco años que estoy activo en este "mundo cripto"...
y me doy cuenta con mucha claridad que se debe diferenciar esta actividad desde el punto de vista fiscal en dos grandes categorias:
podríamos llamales conceptualmente con dos nombres figurados: peces chicos y peces grandes.
Cobrar impuestos de una forma tan riguroza (exagerados detalles de transaciones) a los peces chicos es inviable, ineficiente y desalentador.
Aclaro en este puno que yo estoy a favor de pagar impuestos, sólo estoy en contra de pretenciónes exageradas de información que no son posibles en la mayoria de los casos o que requieren un gran trabajo o el uso de un software especializado y caro. Aqui está el problema de meter a todos los participantes en la misma bolsa.

Explicar con detalles esto, puede ser complicado para mi, pero expresaré mi sentir con un ejemplo general.
Se siente como si uno sale a pasear para distraerse (hacer una caminata por tu ciudad por ejemplo) y te encuentras con un inspector municipal que te dice:
Señor no se olvide de presentar en tiempo forma su "informe de paseo" so pena de carcel, en el debe figurar el nombre de todas las personas que vió, la hora excacta y también debe anotar las correspondientes emociones sentidas en cada evento en particular. (o aguna otra info ridícula).
Si yo tuviera obligación de hacer esto, nunca saldría a dar un paseo, me parece obvio.
No soy especialista en impuestos, pero operaciones por debajo de 3000€ deberían ser ignoradas absolutamente,
además de ser un abierto atentado contra los derechos humanos, recordar que la privacidad es uno de ellos.

Everyone steals ideas, but the good thing about that is that ideas are often improved this way.
I sold all my Moneros in 2016 because I found a cutting-edge project: {Spectrecoin}
so I decided to accompany this good idea with all my support. Now time has passed, and I feel happy because the team is delivering much more than promised.
The Spectrecoin Stealth-Staking system is just great, but most people don't know it exists.
Right now there are many companies that work for governments and hackers in general,
tracing peaple unsuspecting that have "money" in cyptomonedas addresses and do not know that they are very exposed to public view.
That is why I insist, people must know the solution that only Spectrecoin offers them to keep their "money" earning interest with staking out of the sight of strangers.

(Plus these comments disrespect the team members in a silly way.)

When there is an excess of these comments (6 one after another) for the good of the crypto community,
some of these should be removed.

I am excited because at Spectrecoin we are in the days preparatory to the great relaunch of the project with its re-branding.

I can anticipate that there is already a commitment for the end of the third quarter of this year. 

There are so many favorable changes that they no longer fit under the same name. IMO.
