Is there any hope of relisting TIME on Bittrex?

Avrebbe senso di esistere un exchange italiano? Molto semplice, sul modello Coinbase ma con fee più basse e magari qualche funzionalità in più. Ci sarebbe mercato per un progetto di questo tipo? Sarebe fattibile a livello burocratico/legale?

I have ChronoBank on Bittrex, people is panic selling now, but I don't want to sell at this price, but is it safe to leave them on Bittrex? If it's safe may be this time good to buy! 

Che tu voglia investire per un lungo periodo o vendere tra un mese probabilmente è ancora un buon momento!
