It looks like the exchange uses Peatio software, i particularly never used this exchange but because seems is using Peatio and it can have a backdoor i will not risk to deposit coins there and then lost them because it got hack.
Also bad reports here that this exchange is possible a scam it raises the alert, so avoid at all costs
We are not related to Peatio anyhow and have fully written backend from a scratch.
All these accuses got responded and accounts that was involved in blaming Bituary is a one person that has no understanding on what his accuses based.
i.e. license is not required for non-fiat exchanges in UK, but he will continue saying "no license = scam"
Listen friend if this is not a Scam then help people get their money back. Re: [Exchange] Bituary - Cryptocurrency Trading Exchange Platform | Bituary.com

When newbies and sock-puppets pump a thread it usually means there is a scam involved somewhere. The OP is so desperate to have the thread pumped it means something is just not right.

A quick check showed the "company" is not worth the paper it is written on:

- It has just a £1 share capital: https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/12206002/filing-history

- It was incorporated on 13th September 2019

- Uses a London based mailing address which allows the website owner to show it to give the impression they are based there

- There is no "office", no "team", there is nothing except probably just the one person running the website

- The phone number listed on the website is dead: +44 20 2895 1425

- The live chat support unsurprisingly is offline as their "team of operators" does not exist: https://bituary.com/support/live

- Cheap paid shills and sock-puppets from Fiverr are hired to pump this useless trash thread

- A new exchange doing trade 24 hour volumes of 433.67 BTC is very hard to believe

Of the 14 currents posts the OP had made since joining this forum only three are in this thread where should be promoting his business and 11 are in the scam accusation thread where he has been exposed as a scammer.

There are far too many red flags here and on top of that the proof of selective scamming: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5195893.msg52879186

We was not desperated as much as you to go for personal swearings.

-Share capital doesn't mean anything, since scam companies may
i.e. 0.0001 GBP at Coinbase UK - https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/09083955/filing-history?page=2
i.e. 100 GBP at Huobi Limited - https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/11242536/filing-history
-We can operate with full legal status even without registration (look more into Crypto exchanges registered in Offshores where you can't track owner)
-Sorry? Which address we should use? Our homes?
-If there is none on the phone - try going to live support or fill a ticket or mail us at support@bituary.com
-Users are free to chat here, none is not welcome here.
-We have solution to boost liquidity&volume on our exchange at the same time providing legit data that anyone will be able to check.

We was amazed by fake scam accusation of user that never actually used(except registration and few actions) our exchange and made fake screenshot with typos in his fake code element "proofs"

Yet Bituary is not built, we are working at making it better&faster&safer and when this kind of things happens on the exchange that don't yet full legit operating.

Any scam accusation with really bad and obvios fake evidence of "selective scam" by people like you will ruin any new exchange once it posts announcement on this forum.

OK... just switched in to my morvillz account. Oh shit, I meant nutildah! Yeah that's right, I'm nutildah. Almost forgot for a second.

Seeing as how this account never said anything about your exchange - didn't merit a post against it, didn't support a flag against it, didn't do jack - why did you feel the need to invoke my presence in your nefarious list of notorious ne'er-do-wellers?
Tried to sarcasm?
Actually you forgot which accounts you have used to vote?
Damn, you just exposed yourself as we never dreamed - https://prnt.sc/pofb7e

Damn dude. You really got me. The jig is up.

Only one problem: I supported the flag after you involved me in your meltdown. I would have never heard of you had you not left me a negative trust for... for what exactly? I don't quite understand.
Quick reminder: This topic about you and your scam advertising

OK, have at it.

Just humor me though and answer my question of why you dragged me into this. Sportsbet has like 20 different people for you to pick from. Why me?
You are also responsible for that. So yet you have to reply on that

1. We are not responsible for users talking in our chat

It is obvious for any experienced forum user, that you are using a buming service ant that is the clear indication of scam.

2.There is no need for spendings on office when you are an online company (Coinbase UK as example)

Such companies are mostly used by scammers

3. There is no copyright problems yet met.

You will be responsible after Hoo exchange will be informed about your activities (You stole the codes and some other content.)

4. We just reported trust abusers

Nobody gives a shit about your report.
1. No comments, you are tiring.
2. Most online companies use P/B as their registration address, After 3 replies you  continue ignoring that CoinBase UK also has a P/B registration
3. Also responded 3 times in Scam accusation topic
4.
4. Abusing trust system by leaving non trusted feedbacks to trusted users. (No one can see your scammy feedbacks except you. Only default trust members feedbacks are visible for users)

That's basically a rigging of reputation and big probability of all them being one person or paid provocators.
All of them started fighting scam not recently, their current orders are probably is :b2bp2p, coinsbit, us
All of them exchange reputation between each other and do -trust also together

Why did you drag me into this? I didn't comment or say anything about your exchange. However, now that I'm here, I will also add that the bumping service you hired is exclusively used to bump scam threads. I hope you realize they aren't even actually bumping your thread at all, thanks to recent changes made by theymos. Any chance you can tell me what the name of the service is? Did you hire them from Fiverr by any chance? Whoever it is, you should probably ask for your money back.

Yet was not involved, but was voting for this flag - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=2697312;page=iflags

I appreciate your answer but it's not satisfying enough for me. You still didn't explain why'd you copy something from Hoo exchange?
As for the fake retaliatory feedback that you gave me, i will leave that without a comment, you don't worth my time.

I haven't supported Sinenkiy's flag yet (as i have some reservations about his screenshots), so instead, i've created a newbie flag since i do believe that anyone whos dealing with you is at high risk.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=910

Supported both flags. Stolen content and illegal exchange backed up by one man company created for $20 with post box address only is more than enough evidence of scam.
We have responded for every appeal you have tried

Here is the list of your accusations, chose one to appel on and stick to it:
-Selective scamming based on screenshot scratchers(which was done by code editing with typos)
-CEO with same name, but different birth date which was involved in Binary options trade
-You could not find information about Bituary Digital Asset Exchange Limited registration details
-Not listed on CoinGecko/CMC while getting FCA license
-Users that talk in our thread
-CIS Countries being blocked by our firewall
-Hoo parts, which we used particially (not subject of copywrite)
-P/B address which being used by most online companies (CoinBase) due to unnecessary having an office
-Lack of licenses at the moment in Country that doesn't regulate cryptocurrencie exchange yet
-Lack of some pages under constructing

Please chose one right you appeal to, all it looks like paid provocation

We have linked a FCA article about not required License for operating Cryptocurrencie exchange.
We have linked CoinBase registration with also P/B office registration and explained why we don't rent our own office
We have totally proven that Sinenky had no deposits/withdrawals and HE MADE TYPO ERRORS ON WHILE EDITING ELEMENT CODE

All this mosprognoz, JollyGood, Sinenky - are the same persons trying to kill Bituary reputation and should be banned for providing false information to manipulate users.

But yet so far, this thread haven't noticed scam proofs, except our ones for advertising scam platform called Sportsbet.io

1. You run a non registered Illegal exchange (Self admitted)

We can't get listed before getting a license (no license doesn't mean we can't operate), which we are currently doing for last 2 months.
https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/12206002 (verify by checking EV SSL on bituary.com). Based in UK.

2. Stolen or copied codes and content from another exchange.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5195893.msg52883758#msg52883758

3. Tagged as a scammer.

4. Abusing trust system by leaving non trusted feedbacks to trusted users. (No one can see your scammy feedbacks except you. Only default trust members feedbacks are visible for users)

5. You are a scammer !!!
Again, we repeat
1. FCA article - https://www.fca.org.uk/consumers/cryptoassets
2. Doesn't make sense
3. Tagged by group of people rigging trust to each other and advertising S C A M = not tagged.
4. You are not trusted since all your TRUST is rigged.
5. Dogs are barking with more sense than all your replies.

Now you become raged because you have no things to send as another empty "proof" to manipulate people reading this thread.
