There's no minimum amount to withdraw, no minimum depo, if you stick to the cotnest rules.

NeuCoin, an extensively modified proof-of-stake cryptocurrency based on Peercoin, released its 39-page whitepaper Wednesday, following a year of development.

A Bitcoin wallet is just a collection of one or more addresses. I don't believe there's any way of determining how many wallets there are.

This is some bullshit. In a sane world, GST would only be applied to the fees that Coinjar charges, not the entire amount. They're treating it as an everyday good and not a currency or even a commodity, and trying to shoehorn it into their existing rules on bartering which makes zero sense. This is going to kill (legitimate) Bitcoin adoption in Australia.

I say, that would be the only use of a mining pool to be over the 50 percent mark.... so they could conduct a couple unauthorized transactions to recover those lost bitcoins.... sadly something like that would never go over well.
