Well, I guess all the bitcoin investors and traders understand that it is a highly volatile asset and it cannot really be predicted. So, not really surprised.

I think people will keep using it anyways and new ways of using it will appear.

For me being smart and strategic kinda goes together. You cannot make smart mover without having a reason/strategy for it.

There were people also forecasting 50k for end of 2017, and it did not really happen. I believe that sounds more like a speculation. BTC may rise, but not much as 50k.

probably it will become in the future. As we see, more and more governments are becoming crypto-friendly. And yes, I believe that will keep happening in the future.

Yes, I have thought. But that would probably be other altcoin, even that Ether rather than BTC.

I agree that rich people are holding BTC, but it is hard to believe that a lot of them became rich due to bitcoin. I would look at it as a side investment rather than primary source of income.

i would say to invest in new ICOs. I personally like Telegram ICO (TON). Will consider it as an investment. In comparison to BTC which is overprices, I believe new ICOs have a higher growth potential.

I don`t think it`s too late, but I also don`t think that BTC will repeat its growth pattern. Maybe it is time to consider some new ICOs?

The cryptocurrency market is facing a high growth as such. New cryptocurrencies are appearing, but that does not mean that the old ones are being left behind. What I see is that with the current market growth, BTC is only gaining popularity despite the new ICOs appearing.

I believe BTC will keep gradually rising along woth other cryptocurrencies. The reason for that is the new improvements in the transactions (lighting network), lowering fees, safety measures, etc. And as BTC is the most known representative of cryptocurrencies, I believe it will keep rising.

In my opinion, BTC is mostly used as an investment option rather than for making purchases and transactions. Why? Because of high fees and because of the payment platforms limitations. It is hard to compare fiat payment systems which are very developed and safe with the cryptocurrency payment systems, which have a lot of space for improvements.

After February price fall, I believe BTC will inevitably raise back. 50k sounds a bit exaggerated, but my assumption for 2018 would be 20-25k.
