I've filled it previously, sent them my id and bill and registration card. Then entered the bank data with swiftcode etc.
Now the ask for this:

We received your withdrawal request. As your withdrawal request met some of our volume and frequency thresholds, we will have to kindly ask you to help us better understand the nature of your relationship with Bitstamp. In order to do so, we require that an additional KYC (know your customer) procedure is completed before we can proceed with the processing of your transfer.
We kindly ask you to send us a high resolution image double page of your international passport and answer the following KYC questionnaire: 1. How did you learn about Bitcoin? 2. The purpose of trading on Bitstamp? 3. What is the origin of the deposited Bitcoins? If mining, please specify your hardware specifications and submit a receipt or an invoice for your mining equipment. 4. What are your future plans and activities planned on our exchange? 5. Do you plan more withdrawals in the future? 6. Which bank are you using? Please provide the complete address and SWIFT code.
We kindly ask you to submit your answers and documents in a reply to this ticket.
I was asked these questions when I made withdrawals in November/December 2013 from Bitstamp, so this is nothing out of the ordinary. I answered the questions and received my withdrawals as normal.

Incase anyone is seriously considering dealing here I would exercise extreme caution.
This guy can spend 1000$+ on two brand new consoles, but can't afford a $70 virus removal and has to register a brand new account on a Bitcoin forum trying to get a 'quick sale'... yea sounds likely.
Oh and doesn't want to use escrows that have been here for years because they can't be trusted.. but he can of course be trusted to take your $500+ having just signed up yesterday.
Don't say I didn't warn you!

Re: Will Gold and Silver lose all its speculative value to Bitcoin?
The market doesn't need to be flooded with supply for the value to fall, demand just needs to drop. And this is exactly what's been happening for the last year500 years or so.
Fixed that for you

SILVER 1 OZ CANADIAN MAPLE LEAFS x50 FOR SALE UK ONLY

Hi,
I am selling 50 Canadian Maple leaf 1oz Coins in 2 plastic tubes of 25. UK delivery only.
The price is £14 per oz for a total of £700 in BTC or LTC calculated at the current Bitstamp rate at time of sale. This is a bargain price as these go on ebay for approx £19-20 each + postage.
I will require payment up front. I will send the coins by insured Special Delivery next day to anywhere in the UK at no extra cost. I can post as soon as 1 confirmation is received on the blockchain.
They are all in excellent condition, bought by myself from a dealer a few years ago and have sat in a box the whole time- they have no scratches.
They have been handled by myself, so like all silver a few coins may need polishing if you want them to look 100% mint for re-sale.
Yes that diluted the overall share of bitcoin in the cryptocurrency 'sector' from say 100% to 99%, but so what. Better a smaller share of a larger pie right?
Any valuable technology sector has multiple actors in it, not just one monopoly. Alts like ltc provide redundancy in case of a catastrophe or an alternative if bitcoin becomes idealogically unsound to some people causing large divides in the community (see the heated debate about Mike Hearn and blacklisting).
Anyone who thinks that the bitcoin community will remain totally in agreement in the future is simply either an idiot or protecting their btc holdings with their fanatically closed minded preaching (a la Goldbugs).
'Just fork bitcoin instead' I hear you cry. That isn't going to work as well. Too much confusion. Also you might get a new power struggle etc with the forking teams. Better to have competing alts in parallel the whole time. Ltc and its highly competent dev team (or someone else) can snap at Bitcoins heels continuously 'keeping them in line' and doing a good honest job.
So I hope the threat of alts will give the btc dev team the kick up the arse they need to avoid any mexican standoff type situations.
