Re: The harvest (Proof urself worthy to earn).

The real essence of labour is the harvest. In relation to the forum, the beginning stage is not easy as a newcomer needs to be patient. Atleast for a newcomer they should be  getting no matter how little some reward for their resources in terms of time and materials. The harvest is the benefit (merit).
when I started discussing my activities and involvement in the forum to some people around me about it, the next question is," how much have u earned", I was absolutely discourage as I remained mute till date. I was seen as a mentor until they got to realise that no pay until time "proves u worthy".

Well I'll say you are right on your path but to me though I already know about crypto and am a fan and great lover of it before I joined this platform. so it gives me more joy that I found a place were I can get things right about the crypto currency.

So there is more to learn than the merits. Initially I joined to aquire knowledge here and it became simply the best when I discovered it pays. I'll say congratulations to us for being part of such an educating platform. Don't worry with time the platform would teach us and we will begin to also post relevant posts to teach other new bies and that's when the earnings will locate us just continue to read and learn.

To me you have chosen the best coins so far but if am to suggest another I will say you should add Solana protocol at all cost.

I could remember few months back while Bitcoin was about beginning it's rise I saw Solana at the range of just 11$ and I really thought of buying it then but had no dolls. Go check Solana now and see for yourself. That's it and it's not done yet.

Re: A Skill or a degree
by
Blaze Giovanni

They're not mutually exclusive. You can have both if you want. A skill is important and so is a degree.
You said a degree is a broad category of knowledge and that is a good thing. It broadens your mind. It makes you think outside of the box. Your time in a higher institution makes you adaptive and helps you improvise. You'll be able to research properly.
In a skill you just focus on what you're learning and nothing more. So outside of that field, you don't know much.
That's why I am of the school of thought that people should have both, especially people from our country. We all know the situation in Nigeria and it doesn't hurt to have degrees and also have skills. You never know which would be beneficial to you.

Degree is just a name but Skil really matters by the time you are wasting your time going to be in library and Auditor to read voluminously books, the person with Skil is already exhibiting the talent to make money like in China even the children or primary school are doing practical what is the extend of degree without practical that's why most of the graduate from polytechnic are better in Skil than university because degree without practical is just like tea without sugar.

Are you for real? How did you come across these conclusions? What proof do you have to show that graduates of polytechnic do better than university graduates? And you think a skill doesn't require a learning period? You don't learn the skill, you know how to do it?
You believe acquiring knowledge is a waste of time, I don't even know why I'm taking this seriously.

Re: Getting international passport is now easier
by

I think one of the reasons for the increase in price is that more people are requesting for it. But another reason which I am certain about is the naira devaluation that is causing rise in the costs of goods and services.

Making laws and policies in Nigeria has never been the problem, it's enforcing them that's the issue. I think international passports will still be expensive because the people who are supposed to enforce the new policy are the people it affects negatively.
The people at the immigration office make money from people who want to get international passports, and this new format will stop them from ripping people off so it won't work.
Like you said, the rate at which people request a passport is high because a lot of people want to leave the country and this is an opportunity for the immigration officers that they must exploit no matter what laws are put in place.

Make your points on people's posts constructively and with respect.
This is the post where you got many criticism, why not defend yourself in that thread instead of creating a new thread? if you not talk anything in that post, it means you agree with users who pointing out "you might be a scammer".

Seeing the backstory gives me a clear idea of what OP means.
I've been seeing a lot of people, both old and new offer their services on the forum, I don't think he's the first. I read through the replies of the other post and I don't think they disrespected him the way he claims. All they were saying is they don't know him and he can't be trusted.
Of course that should make sense. This is an anonymous forum so before people do business with you they have to trust you one way or the other.
Even in the real world, nobody would work with you when he doesn't know about you, especially online work. That's why most people ask to see the portfolio of the person before hiring them. I think OP is just getting the wrong message.

Re: As a newbie, be careful of the Bitcoin information you process

Sadly, this misinformation can stick and become part of the person. Misinformation can sometimes be difficult to erase especially when we've become top members in the Bitcoin community.

As someone who feels like enough time has passed before I got involved with Bitcoin, one thing I've learned from this forum is to be always ready to research, but aside being ready to research you have to be ready to unlearn a lot of things. I think this rule is a general rule in life. Some things you might believe to be correct might be wrong and when you find out that your view is wrong, be ready to change and learn the correct view.
Some things may be correct before, but not right now or they may be wrong in the past but correct now, that is the dynamism of technology.
We have to have an open mind in other to grow.

Re: What are the solutions to food insecurities in Nigeria?

First, invest in small-scale businesses.
Small-scale businesses in Nigeria employ more people than large-scale businesses but that sector is neglected. The government should make programs that fund these businesses. An economy cannot be big if these small-scale businesses don't succeed, no matter how much the big corporations do.
When the cost of production is too high it takes the small businesses out of business and the few that survive increase the price of their products so they can cover the cost of production and make a profit. This cuts across all sectors not just agriculture.

I don't believe focusing on Agriculture alone would do much because the inflation in the country affects everything so even if the agricultural sector is well-funded, people still don't have money and prices would still be expensive.
One problem causes many other problems, and so does one solution.
The economy is intertwined so solving one problem won't mean much if other problems affecting it are still very present.

3. Software can be improved

This is what I thought.
I've not used it before but I've read a lot about it and it seems interesting. Technologies don't just become perfect from inception, it goes through phases. If you're waiting for a thing to be perfect before inventing it then we might actually not have any inventions at all.
This is a software that can get better with time and would always be updated. And we know how innovative technology can get so that means it would always be updated and worked on even after it's starts working perfectly.
Saying it's dead is reaching.

Re: Quality over Quantity
by
Blaze Giovanni

Shouldn't the quality of the post be what is looked at? I mean, the post can be long or short, it shouldn't matter as long as it is informative. This is just my opinion.
I've been on this forum for a while and although I've not been active and still new, I've read a lot of posts. Some posts need explanation and it has to be long for it to be fully explained.

I agree that there are posts that are just long and full of nothing, but condemning long posts shouldn't be the way to handle it.
I'm still relatively very new here, so I stand to be corrected.
