Closure of the Wave Crest Card Program
Unfortunately we have to let you know that Wave Crest, our current card solution provider, is unilaterally shutting down our card program. New virtual and plastic cards are no longer issued to any users whether or not they are EEA/SEPA area residents.
Please make sure you have read and understood the info below:
- you will not be able to fund currently active plastic and virtual cards after Feb 9, 2018
- all existing plastic and virtual cards will be closed on March 27, 2018
- currently ATM withdrawals are allowed with a daily limit of EUR 1000 / USD 1000 in SEPA countries and EUR 500 / USD 500 outside the SEPA zone
- there are no new limits concerning POS transactions in shops

I finally got my refund from them.
Not using them again.
And I suggest no one bothers to fund their AdvCash account via Bitcoin.

When was your last contact with ADV and when did you receive your refund?
Over the weekend I got a reply from them. They reply fast to "sales" queries, but very slow to money problems
Check my post history for my issue (it's Bitcoin deposit related).
Looks like to me AdvCash are Russian (?) but using Belize company to trade.

Looks like it's change again, it is now dropped to $100 for VIRTUAL and you can only load once!!!

That MasterCard requires full ID verification if anyone is wondering, seemed available to order when logged in.

Just an update that I still DO NOT have my deposit.
They are ignoring my support tickets.
They are taking deposits and keeping the money themselves.
There are others the same.
Be warned of the Shake scammers.

Still missing deposit for me.
My Bitcoin transaction was fully confirmed over a week ago, they moved what I sent them to a new Bitcoin address.
I'll give it a few days before leaving warnings about them on as many forums and review sites as possible. Tweeting anyone who mentions them on Twitter too to warn them of the scammers.

Shame, it seems from your post they do NOT offer unverified cards anymore, I was going to signup because I don't mind the $250 limit.
But no way am I giving anyone my ID to get verified if that is what they now demand from everyone.
if you're within the old limit of 1000$ you can still load your card and use it until 17 January when the limits will be lowered.
After 17 January and the new rules on EU countries only, do unverified have to provide proof they are in EU apart from giving you EU address?
Shakepay, Xapo looks cheapest (fee is around 1.6% to deposit), although i gave it only quick look.
Shakepay may have been cheapest when you posted BUT they are now scamming deposits! They are NOT crediting accounts! Not responding to support tickets.

Shakepay - min deposit $20
It's now $40 for Litecoin.
I've made a deposit a few days ago and they won't credit my account, they are also ignoring my support requests.
A search on Twitter shows lots of others with same problem.
Avoid ShakePay - They are scamming deposits like AdvCash.

I still don't have my money either.
They must be scamming as many people as possible before they close down, shutting down because of the new Mastercard rules that will seriously affect their income.
