yes it is possible, you have settings for that in readme file.

I still mine on 4Gb GPUs and when I set --eth_epoch=374 to test I get about 10 MH/s
When I remove that and start to mine I get only 1.3 MH/s.
Why is that?

Yes I did, tht was the first thing I do.
But even with compute mode off before I get about 5MH/s
now I get with compute mode on 1.3 MH/s

I am not worried, because it is test PC.
Hate to point it out, but those links show no file exists. and I went to the site and just modified for ver23. it's not there.
He's just released ver22 for Linux. Windows is still ver21

I get with lolminer only 0.31 Mh/s when I use to get 12 Mh/s

Why are you still using Windows? Everyone has already migrated to Linux-based mining OS-es.
I know that but still if I get before out 12 MH/s why I can't get the same now?

now I use settings for 4Gb cards and I get only 1.6 MH/s

dag issue. you will need a 6gb or higher gpu now
or switch to a hiveos or other non windows programs. but even those will come to an end shortly

Is there a way to set Intensity to lower hashrate?? like claymores -I 20 for example
I think is not possible, you have to play with the core if you want to decrease Mhs or if you want to protect Temp use the last functionality implemented

almost all miners have switch I or intension, so I can limit hashrate if maximum is 50Mh/s than I can limit to 10Mh/s
so I can still use my PC for mining and writing in word
You can use easy trick... Memory speed reduction that will make the GPU core Will be more free for other works. In my case with a 5700, I can make home Office mining without any problem. I have It only límited the core yo mine at proper voltage. When you are out of the mining screen it automatically reduces the Mhs..

Answer is in your question. It is because of epoch 385. Every epoch is bigger and bigger. Try to search for "eth zombie mode".
with teamredminer still works mining but for me nbminer is better
